Came through to grab my kids some cheeseburgers for lunch and they weren't very busy. So I guess they didn't find it necessary to make fresh food and they gave us meat that's sat in the heating cabinet for way longer than it should have, it was dry and hard and buns that were hard and cold and had clearly sat in the bun toaster for a while. Long enough to be hard as hell. And they didn't even build our sandwiches right. 😒 do better. Your waste is not our problem... We deserve fresh food not old ass food just so you can have less waste. I've worked in these stores and I know how they are ran and that is not the way...

Rude, not organized and slow. We came in an hour 1/2 before they closed and they already were trying to close up their lobby. We could hear them just saying they didn’t want to be at work right now and yelling at each other as well. The food was also not great.

The cashier couldnt figure out a simple transaction, over charged us, twice and told us she couldn't fix it. Manager never came out to assist...so we left. They need to do better or close.

Every time I order here it’s either cold or messed up somehow and it always takes around 40 minutes or more

Took 40 school kids after a parade to this McDonalds at lunchtime. The place was packed between us and other parade goers but they rolled without any hiccups. The crew was accurate, quick, and polite. I am very impressed with this crew and the manager who was running the show! Kudos!
It's McDonald's...so this location actually does an amazing job and the food seems to be fresh anytime I stop by

Asked online for one patty to be removed on a double. So they removed both meat patty’s. Got home, nothing but cheese on bun. Ridiculous. They need to start asking if they are confused and can’t read the order system.

If you don't like fixing frappe's that's fine but don't hand me something I paid freaking 5 dollars plus for that you quite obviously did something to it tasted awful and I highly considered coming back and giving it back in the rudest way possible. You keep that up and you will catch me in the right mood I promise.
