Really needs a some cleaning up. The fried chicken and onion rings are good but the wait staff spends more time sitting than assisting guests. Maybe evenings are just a bad time to go.

Why is there even a KFC in this town? Simple Simons chicken is fantastic, I usually go every Friday for the chicken buffet. If you find your self driving through Baxter and are craving some good home cookin, this is the place to go. The service here is really friendly, the salad bar is fresh and the pizza is questionable. I do suggest saving room for some of their bread and butter pudding.

Best fried chicken in town...beats Cafe on the Route by far. And, cost 1/2! The buffet is great and the bread pudding is out of this world! Costs about $7.00 and that included a drink.
