I bought my wife a happy meal at this location today 9/17/25 and it had little bugs in it didn't get a close enough look at them to see if they were cockroches.

Went up to the counter to place my order. There’s a gentleman standing there with his phone up to his ear. Would not even look at me, turns around and walks off. About 5 minutes later another man comes up to the counter and same thing. Plays with the register for a moment. Turns and leaves. I wait for a few more minutes and nobody to take my order. Terrible customer service. Went next door to Loves convenience store.

SLOW!!!! Staff was moving in slow motion. Also it’s a kiosk order so you would think it would move quicker. Not so. 1st and last time eating here

They had me pull up to finish my order and just left me there. Went inside to check and they definitely forgot about me. They then handed me the wrong order. Took it back and then they finally got it right after about 25 minutes. Should be noted that they were not busy at all and had adequate staffing. Will not return.

I ordered a 40 piece nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and honey mustard sauce, and a large lightly salted fry. No sauce for the nuggets. When I asked the person who brought the order to the counter she turned away and continued what she was doing, completely ignoring me. The other person at the counter, however, heard me and asked me what kind. I said sweet and sound and honey mustard, and he brought me 2 packets of sweet and sour. I told him I had 40 nuggets and no way was 2 packets of sauce going to be enough. He got me 2 more. A 40 piece should have no less than 6 packets of sauce. At this point I give up. I get out to the truck and start to eat my fries they are NOT lightly salted as I requested, and instead taste more like extra salt making them inedible. So no I've got inedible fries and nuggets with not enough sauce. That's just great. I understand this location can get very busy, but there is no excuse for getting a customer's order so blatantly wrong.
