My husband and I went in for a quick bite traveling from Nebraska. The restaurant was clean. Restrooms were immaculate…an added bonus!!! I can’t recall the lady’s name that served us. I want to say her name is Tana?? Anyways, I don’t have the receipt in my hand with her name on it. But, boy oh boy, she delivered OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! We cut up the whole time we were in there. She interacted with us like we were the regular customers that followed us in. She made sure our order was on point before it left her hand to mine. She made us feel like we were at home. She deserves 10 stars along with a lot of recognition and a raise for her acts of kindness and how she really represented your brand. I’m a server at Thunder Road in Nebraska. Serving the public is the hardest job in the world by far. This lady went above and beyond and exceeded the expectations required for this job!!! If we had more people like her in this particular role, work would be a lot less stressful and pleasant to be at. I’m probably boggling your mind on who’s writing this review. I’m the girl that came in there with the rainbow colored braids lol. But, I want to thank you for greeting us and taking care of us . I wanted to make it a priority on my review to give your employee recognition for her hard work and dedication to your establishment. If anyone has to make a stop in Beloit, Kansas to eat, I highly recommend this place!!!❤️

We both eat in and drive thru and receive excellent and friendly service either way. Even if we show up at 5 minutes before closing, the staff is very friendly and doesn't make us feel like we are a burden keeping them from closing on time.

Very very slow. Messed up many orders. Tried to give us someone else’s order. Took our receipt. No hairnets? Waited about 40 minutes for 3 chicken strips and a plain cheeseburger…($7 meal deal)

Dietary restrictions: I love dairy queen hamburgers. Last night went for ice cream. I ordered a turtle blizzard. When I got it it was only with pecans. Very disappointed. Unfortunately I don't live that close that I could go back in to get the right thing.
