The staff were attentive, making sure our table always had water and everything we needed.
Cold food... tots were old and absolutely horrible! Asked for no sauce and no pickle..had both. Didn't even eat most of the food.. the tots were cold and stale..

Tiffany doesn’t do her job at all she’s a lair and is very rude to her employees and customers she needs fired or else they need to close down
Food was hot and fresh but the parking and drive through is a bit of a clog.
Great experience. They got our order correct and it was made quickly. Everything was fresh.
Asked for extra candy in my blast but hardly any candy. When I say extra I expect it to actually have extra candy not 1 or 2 pieces of candy every 3 bites. Very disappointed in beloits sonic
The cashier was so nice and helpful..great experience for a drive thru...lady was a little older so if u know who I m talking about give her a high 5
Pressed the Red button and waited. No body responded. The screen said that the Red button has been pushed and someone would be with me as soon as possible. After 10 minutes(?), the screen must have timed out because it went back to the original welcome screen, and I had to push the button again.

I put my order in and paid. They came up to my window 3 separate times with 3 different orders that were not mine. She came and took my order verbally (even though it was already in the system) and they still managed to get my order wrong. Took almost 30 minutes to get my breakfast, still paid full price, and just to top it off, forgot a straw for my drink. Usually I’m not nasty like this but I have never had an experience like that at any other Sonic location in Kansas.
