I pulled in to order a quick drink. Im guessing this is where kids get out and run around to bang up against your vehicle. I thought I was getting attacked by a city gang! They had all 4 doors and the trunk open of the car, being loud and scurrying around. This really caught me off guard, so I rolled down my window and asked them to please not destroy my vehicle. I started recording them and they made a few rude comments. After receiving my drink I backed up to get out and take pics of the license tag which was a temporary and front of their car. As I'm driving off I see a girl crying as if she was a victim.... please!Maybe when your parents find out what happens you might get in trouble, so let's act a victim to distract from the actual disrespect!I am 55, Army retired and 100% disabled. I have very minimal income and can't afford any destruction to my property! I circled back to speak to a manager which apologized to me and said they would look at the cameras. As I drove off the kids yelled more rude comments at me. Way to go parents, your kids are lacking respect!!!I won't be stopping here again, nor recommend due to the lack of respect for others. This was at 11pm on a Friday eve. Travelers Beware!!!

We have been by here a few times but those few times have been HORRIBLE. We place our order on the app, pull into a car hop lane and they proceed to tell us that they don't have our order and we have to order and pay again. Excuse me do you want to pay for your meal twice?? Yeah neither do I. And instead of the manager helping us she gave us attitude. The food wasn't much to write home about either. We ordered burgers and the burgers tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 3 hours. I couldn't pay thru the app so I couldn't get anything we ordered for the half price which is fine but at least make it edible. Do better Sonic. Still haven't gotten a refund either time and have been charged double. I have learned my lesson and I won't be back.Very disappointed.

Every Sonic that I have gotten pretzels from are not greasy, but this Sonic I have complained about how much grease is in my Pretzels and to go back and get the same thing replaced it was almost the same with way too much grease. So I tried to eat them and they both taste funny and I want be getting any more not here!!!!!

Normally I love this sonic, but this time was such a letdown. The staff was great & speedy as always. The car hop (Marcia I think?) was cheerful so no negatives about workers. But most of my food was inedible. I ordered a chicken slinger &It. Was. Gross.It was very tough, rubbery, seemed shriveled and tasted SOOOO old. I really think this chicken was at least 2 hours old. Considering it’s the most expensive item in the value menu (yes I know $3 isn’t that expensive, but the normal chicken sandwich is only a couple bucks more and what I received was not worth the price), the fact that it was sitting out for so long sucks. I would rather happily wait for fresh food every time than to receive old food quickly.Also my sons mozzarella sticks, which he usually loves, tasted bad. The cheese was hard and again, I have to wonder if they were old.I was also at the stall when I ordered online and immediately pushed the button to let them know which stall I was at. So its not because I left the food there for awhile or anything. My friend gt one of those steak grilled cheese but I dropped them off at home so I’m not sure how that turned out.I know that Mistakes happen, & usually the food is good. It’s just disappointing cause I always give at least 20% tip and this time I did that plus gave an additional cash tip, equaling a total of $11.74 for a $24 order…so I literally tipped almost 50% and got some old rubber frisbees in return. I work in food too so I know it sucks when people come in late but I was there at like 1030 and they didn’t even close till midnight. normally it’s a great visit but this was a super disappointing, especially considering I tipped more than I normally do. It makes me want to rethink that next time and just tip the car hop if the cook doesn’t care about the quality of what’s being served
