We first found out about Texas Reds at the Belleville, KS fair this year. We ordered the ribs, and they were the best ribs we’ve ever had, hands-down. We ordered a second rack right after, and they were just as good. We’re from Kansas City, so we’ve had some great ribs, but, honestly, these have ruined other ribs for us. 😂 We googled to find out who this vendor was to see if they have a restaurant we could visit. We really hope they are back at the Belleville fair next year - we’ll make the trek from Kansas City for those ribs!

Amazing Food! Stuffed burgers are out of this world. Ribs fall off the bone and Seasoning is perfect. You have to try the desserts when you go...Amazing!!!!
Stopped by Gilley’s shop the other day and he asked if I had tried his banana pudding yet and I hadn’t so he gave me one. I give it 2 thumbs up. Gilley is always out to please you!!
