We just left the DQ in Bonner Springs . We ordered a lg carmel fudge shortcake blizzard. We waited alittle more than usual but when we got to the window my husband looked at it and said " its alittle melted isnt it" she said i flipped it so my husband took it. We should have flipped it ourself but we patronize the place alot. We all know if your fast enough you can flip a shake. The first spoonfull dripped. The bottom of the cup was full of chocolate that clustered in the bottom.Sure it would in a shake but not a bizzard. We should have trun around and asked for our money back. When I got home i called and asked to talk to the manager. She said she was, so i told her everything, she only asked if she flipped it and i said she said she did and she said then, theres nothing i can do. We were very disappointed in the manager. We loved going there but that will never happen again. We will refuse it and flip it ourself outside her window. Suzie Miller

Terrible place, a friend of mine USED to work here and they treat their employees like trash (mainly the teenagers) they have racist and homophobic managers that degrade their employees. They make their workers work in 100 degree heat with no ac and in jeans they have roaches and sewage in the back of the store were the food is made. I hope nobody ever gives this terrible place their money because they deserve nothing.

When going through the drive-thru in the summer and ordering a chocolate dipped ice cream cone, I EXPECT, since my home thermometer stated it was 107.1 degrees outside, the customer service employees would wait until the VERY LAST SECOND to make and dip my ice cream cone so that it ISN'T melting profusely, thru the chocolate shell, all down the side of the cone IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. I DON'T think I'm wrong here.Also, engineer's brain here, but when DIPPING an ice cream cone, if you DIP the ice cream just past the ice cream and SLIGHTLY ONTO THE ACTUAL CONE, you create a SEAL so that the ice cream, when it starts to melt, does not start dripping everywhere, while the customer is trying to eat it.Ugh! Come on people! Just common sense here!
Usual DQ experience. I had a sundae while I was killing some time. Place was busy and noisy.

Ordered 2 triple cheese burgers and a single...2 fries and cheese curds. Didn't get my cheese curds...git charged for them. I called store and they insisted they were in the bag. NO THEY WERE NOT. Not happy after waiting 20min in drive thru!
