I'm so picky when it comes to BBQ and Quentins hits all marks for me on the flavor and quality of both their meats and sauce as well as their portioning. You can't go wrong!!!!!

We went on a Saturday mid day. You order food at a window outside(it's sheltered from the weather) then go in the building and they bring you the food shortly thereafter. The BBQ is legit and the kids inhaled their burgers. There is also a small arcade inside and looks like a stage and coffee venue. It's a very interesting space and I hope to see it become more popular in the future. It would make for a great venue to see a live show.

Cool converted gain depot. Atmosphere is great. BBQ is decent, not the best around but certainly enjoyable. The Mac and cheese topped with meat and fixings was a hit with adults and children alike. Extra cheesy. OG BBQ is great. Found the burnt ends a little greasy, but still tasty. Crisp onion rings. Outfield beer co. Cohabitates with e BBQ place but as it was an early lunch, none of us tried the beer. Couple of big screens present for sport and large outdoor cornhole field.

I am a sucker for good brisket. They don’t have plates or platers, pretty much just sandwiches. I ordered a chopped brisket sandwich and fries with a drink. The crew brought out food on a covered tray because the food is assembled outside the dinning area. Food was in cardboard “boats”. I have never seen chopped brisket resembling pulled pork. There was grease in the corner of the boat and that should have tipped me off. But I am here for barbecue. The meat was literally dripping of grease, thank goodness for the bread, it soaked up a lot of the grease. I attempted to eat half the sandwich and wound up getting a fork and scrapping the meat off the bread to eat it.And to all I was with a group of friends so I chose to “grin and bear it”.Atmosphere and lay out was awesome but my sandwich sucked badly.

I haven't eaten here in a while and find myself wondering what happened? They recently added pizza to their menu. It tastes like a kids pizza. Really. I was shorted one of two pasta salads but these things happen I suppose. The falcon sandwich is served on a slider bun I think. It's really small. The meat is still good so that's something. Damn. We used to love this place.
I stopped in for some barbecue and a beer. Great food and cool setup.

About a week and a half ago, my husband and I came next door to check out a coffee shop and it was a miss, so we decided since we came out during lunch time to at least make this place a go. It was decent as far as a pulled pork sandwich went. I had mine with a bit of sausage. The only issue we both had was with the sauce. It was a bit too sour for me, maybe a bit too much vinegar? The onion rings were good and the beans were okay as well. The service was curt and to the point. If you are hungry and on the outskirts of K.C. it's a good alternative to McDonalds. However, there are better BBQ places in our famed BBQ city. We did enjoy eating outside, during one of our late fall days, and it was fortunate that it wasn't too windy.

So I found this place on a Google search for good food around bonner springs. Let me tell you, it didn't disappoint!! From the owner to the food we had an absolutely incredible experience. If you've never came here I highly recommend you do so!! There is so much to do to keep everyone entertained. From a North Carolinian, thank you for the hospitality!!!
