Fuzzy Toasters
I usually come in during the evenings to get coffee and it's great. I have plenty of personal cups to use. And the evening shift always makes my coffee perfectly. However this morning I tried getting coffee through the drive through. They updated their personal cup usage in drive through which is fine. Until they decided to put whip cream way over the cups capacity of being manageable to drink in my car. All I was offered was napkins instead of being offered to take some of the whip cream off. Which I found very unprofessional and very rude. It started to make a mess which caused me to have to stop before exiting the parking lot. Usually I have great experiences in the evening with the night shift. But this morning was not up to standards at all. That could cause people in the future not to use their personal cups which goes against the whole idea of why personal cups are available in the first place. (Keep in mind I asked the drive through employee how I was supposed to put my lid on, giving clear indication I was dissatisfied with what I was given. I hadn't taken a sip out of it or put my lid on yet. She could've taken some cream off)

Shaken oatmeal espresso is the most delicious addictive way to start my day, surprisingly not that many calories. I order from my driveway,then it's ready to pick up on my way into the city . The Service and drinks are very consistent. I get the same great cup every day!

Very busy and the drive-thru took a long time but the people working inside and not the window were kind and friendly and did not let the crowd frazzle them or cause them to be rude in any way! Awesome service!

Drinks were spot on. Strangely over staffed with lots of whispering into their headsets & clearly indicating they were talking to each other about customers, all while being a lot slower than necessary.

I've never had an issue at this Starbucks. This is the only Starbucks I trust to make my Pink Drink correctly. Whenever I've had an issue, I bring it up to them (like ice in my drink) and have never had a problem. Maybe it's the way people go about addressing problems with the employees. The customer is NOT always right, especially if they have an attitude with the people who are working to make a living and get through their day, just like most of us.** I wish people would understand star ratings and just because there is 1 inconvenience, doesn't mean they should get a 1 star overall.
