Wish I could give a 0. Came in to take my 3 year old to the restroom and the long haired teen girl that works there said sorry it’s only for paying customers… so I had to come out to my car grab cash out of my wallet to come back in to PAY FOR a restroom. I slammed $2 on the counter and said theres $2 so I can use the restroom. Her reply was “would you like a cookie”. This inconsiderate child is lucky I had my daughter with me because she would have gotten more than $2. Post a sign on the damn door so it’s in plain sight if that’s the REAL truth.

I am very frustrated with this store. I have ordered the same sandwich three times and I have yet to get my order as I ordered and more importantly, I am not getting the product I paid money for. As you can see I ordered a veggie sandwich. There is maybe 1/8 of a cup of shredded lettuce and maybe 4-6 pieces of spinach and a total of 4 tomatoes on a foot long sandwich, no oil and vinegar and no cucumbers. I called the restaurant to notify them that the veggie sandwich i received was lacking and their answer was if I wanted to come to the restaurant they would correct the sandwich. That's not happening. I ordered through door dash because I am working. If I could have gone to the store to order I would have done it. In the previous orders they forgot to include products purchased such as drinks, chips etc., so I didn't order a meal just a sandwich and a drink. I would definitely choose a different store when using a meal delivery app as this store does not pay attention to fine detail of their order slips and their customer service is not based on taking ownership, problem solving or correcting their error but instead inconveniencing the customer.

The staff was a little slow because they wanted to gossip to eachother instead of working, but the servings were great. I love the new peppercorn sauce.

The new tokens make it easier to choose the ingredients. The attendant was very nice explaining and offering help of needed. The sandwiches were better than last time I had subway. (It wasn't the same place)

Imagine this: you’re hungry, you’re in a rush, and Subway greets you with… interactive antisocial kiosks. Yep, no human interaction, no “Oh, you want double pickles but only on the left side of the bread?” Just a screen judging you silently as you try to build your oddly specific masterpiece.

And let’s talk about the soda betrayal. Default size: small. Really, Subway? I’m over here slamming “Diet Coke,” staring at the tuna option just to see if the kiosk actually dares to summon an employee to honor my extra scoop request. Spoiler alert: it didn’t feel confident.

This whole ordeal has me thinking: why stop at “Eat Fresh” when we could pay $2 extra for a real person to take the order? I’ll call it the Express Lane for the Socially Inclined. But no, they’d rather watch me descend into a Diet Coke-fueled rage spiral.

You know what? I’m taking my XL drink needs to the gas station and sandwich down the road to Tongie. Subway, consider this your “former customer” sign-off. Cheers to the human touch—or lack thereof.

BTW, I think you’re paying your employees to make out in the back. Eww! Gross!

Long wait time.Served someone else that came in after me claiming that individual was there prior to me even after that person left the building. Unacceptable customer service from the employee.

This place messed up our order. Several ingredients were interchanged between the 2 sandwiches. Also bread was wrong on 1 Sub. I returned the sandwiches to the shop at 8:00 p.m. the kid said he couldn't refund it or make a new sandwich because we had taken a bite out of it. How are you supposed to know he messed it up until you take a bite of it?? Suggest you consider a different Subway. Returned folling day and workers called a manager and order was corrected. They request you bring bad order back with you.

I usually love the Subway tuna salad sub. Had one from Basehor location last week and it was light on tuna compared to othet locations. Ordered 50% more item this time and I had to double check that I didn't order 50% less. See photo. Ordered door dash so can only rate sandwich.

I went into the Subway at 8 :45 and asked for a #8. He said they don't have it anymore. I said ok I want a sandwich with the ingredients. He said I can't ring it up." I said the last two times I was here, they charged me for a rotisserie chicken and added bacon and extra cheese. Simple..its what the last two people did. He absolutely refused to make the sandwich and told me to go to Toganoxie's subway. He said they might make it for me. I'm not sure if he was closing up early and didn't want to make a sandwich or just couldn't figure out how to ring up a sandwich. I was so pisse that I lost my appetite and went home to write my first review. If I were the owner, I would get rid of that guy. You're losing money!

Worst Subway I've ever been to. Logan the young man helping me decided to let Brenna the only other employee there do all the work, even though nobody in line behind me, but several people ahead of me. Finally after quite a while he reluctantly helped with my toppings. Extremely stingy on toppings. When I asked for more, he said no. He said I have to make these last. What a horrible thing to say to a customer. He was even more stingy with toppings after that. When I asked for manager's name, he's like nope. Can't give you that. ??? And forget trying to find a way to complain on line. All they do is collect all your personal info and send it to the Mgr at that Subway...who definitely isn't willing to help or listen.

If I could rate this place in the negative - I would but it doesn’t allow that ! Whats the name of the white female crazed manager at this place ?she needs to be reported and fired immediately .I am certain the franchise owner has no idea how rude and disrespectful to customers she is .Apparently it wasn’t just me after you read all the terrible reviews -she Refused to give her name or the name of the district manager . I will NEVER go back to this location again -worst customer service by the manager I have ever encountered! . My advise - go down the street to Goodcents in Bonner . This manager is so rude and has no managerial skills what so ever . She needs to be fired immediately -also as far as having the supplies /food /condiments for a sandwich shop -no bread ? ,no tomatoes ?, no lettuce ? ,no mustard ? It’s a sandwich shop?….. how do they run out the necessities -oh -yeah -the manager orders those things …
