If I could give it a zero star, I would.
We changed it up a bit and went inside to order. Our order was very minimal and still took them almost 20 mins to get it out to us. We were the only order inside. They got at least 4 drive thru orders out and multiple online order done in that 20 mins but couldn't get a few tacos done.
Regardless of how long it took our food was trash. Our dorito tacos that wrere suppose to be supreme were basically empty. Our normal soft tacos that were suppose to be supreme were not. The customer service was awful and the overall experience was awful.
No wonder this place is always slow.

2 separate deals of food that was ordered had 2 different types of hair from the employees.That was just freshly made and the manager was very upset because I brought it to his attention. Manager was accusing me of doing it. The disturbing part is the hairs found was not mine or children's hair color or length. Wear hairnets!

My son is allergic to cheese so I have to get him ground beef only hardshell tacos. Here is an example of what that might look like for you. Very sad quality one of his ground beef tacos hardly had any meat inside of it.

By far the worst one I’ve been to. Super slow, window person was rude kept interrupting as we ordered and just had an attitude, at the window she didn’t talk to us, gave us the wrong drinks and rolled her eyes when asked to fix them. Slammed the window on us. Once we got the food, it was cold and gross. Wish I could give negative stars

I was brought dinner from Taco Bell. I had 3 doritos locos tacos, bean burrito add beef. I bit into one of the tacos the shell was stale, when I got my burrito out the bag I opened the burrito I had a line of onions on the outside of the burrito that was my breaking point. I took the burrito & tacos back to Taco Bell water was all on the floor when I entered Taco Bell. I asked for the Manager he came to the counter I showed him the burrito he looked at me like what was wrong with burrito. I showed him the burrito & he said that is what was requested at that point I just asked him to refund the money which he did. I would not recommend this Taco Bell unless you want to get sick. I don't see how this establishment is still operating Bonner Springs Health Department need to do an inspection on this restaurant.

I did not know there were such a bad thing as disgusting Taco Bell. This was the worst I’ve ever had hard tacos were soggy. Chalupa’s were rock hard no meat in my beefy five layer burrito zero all beans I would never go here this place should be shut down. Absolute waste of money I should’ve just went and got a bucket of dirt from the hardware store

This place is awfully slow and food is mid-cold most times. They have you pull up so it doesn’t affect their order times. Order is super simple and still took over 20 min. Not doing this again.
