Do not go to this location, save yourself the headache, they can't make your order correct, or give you all of your meal, every single time we have been here our order has never been correct as ordered, just go to the basehor location, we will never be back here again, we have tried many of times hoping it would get better, nope still haven't changed in the last 3 years go else where, I will make sure I go out of my way to avoid this location ever again

The food quality at this Taco Bell is not good. We ordered two doritos locos tacos and both of them came out mushy and looked like they had been sitting out for a long time. We asked for sauce but didn’t get any in the bag.

Waited in the drive thru for FAR to long with no one ahead of us. Forgot part of our order, but gave us some biscuits for the mistake. Got home and our chicken sandwiches were chicken tenders…. The ONLY reason they get two stars and not one, is because the gentleman was polite.

Very disappointed. They didn't give me my fries which was the only reason why I drove there. Then when I realized my fries weren't in my bag I called 3 times and got No answer. On top of him making me pay separately for them because he said he couldn't replace them with the tortilla chips.

I never go to this location cause the food sucks, but tonight my fiancée got me this cause I’m sick and it’s the closest one to us, he told me he got my food down but the guy completely cut him off when he tried to order his own and told him to pull up, he said hello hello over and over and no one answered, he also waited in line for 20 mins w only two people in front of him, when I got my food they forgot my sauce, the burritos were sloppy and poorly made, and my soft tacos were soaking wet with some weird liquid, didn’t even have a smell so I assume water. This place sucks, don’t come here

Worst place ever! Purchased 2 bean burritos and a large Pepsi just prior to 11 am today. Waited 5 mins for slop that I could not eat. Gave me no receipt. This isn’t even my 1st bad experience at this location. Poor quality people working there! Care about your product!!

I have never left this bad of a review, but it has to be said. Slow is an understatement. To take a SINGULAR order was over eleven minutes and the majority of the time they weren't at the cash register. I have no idea what the food was like because I left after eleven minutes, I didn't pay attention to the atmosphere, but the service was beyond terrible.
This seems like an ongoing issue at this taco bell. Whoever is the manager needs to figure it out and get onto these employees to be more attentive. They're losing money this way.

Shift change was more important than the customer. We were ignored for more than 10 minutes. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Here's a tip: don't treat the people paying for the food as less important than being paid to make the food. Will never come here again.

If you want to lose 5-6 pounds in 24 hours, this is a great place for you!
Don't bother going to anytime fitness down the road. This fast food joint really knows how to prepare food in such a way that you won't be able to keep from shedding those unwanted pounds fast!
Don't have plans to go anywhere that doesn't involve porcelain seats that are easily accessible!
If you want to enjoy food and life, find another place to eat at.

Slooooooowwwww like the slowest fast food you'll ever get, there is a taco bell 10 minutes down the road, I suggest driving there unless you enjoy a 20+ minute wait. The staff is great and very friendly, the food is made well, but the time spent sitting in line is atrocious.
Food was super sloppy and not fresh like it normally is there. Maybe because it was shift change, but that should never make a difference!

This is the second time I've gone to this location, and the second time I've gotten sick after. Never going back again obviously.
In fact, I'm fairly cirtian with the way the staff acted and the food I've received from them, that they've been "annoyed" with me and/or my order and may have purposely tampered with the food or made it poorly on purpose to discourage me from coming back.
The first time chalupas were literally a rock from sitting out so long, the sour cream had separated on the chalupa, and the tiny amount of lettuce was wilted and dark as if it was made prior to my order and left to sit instead of made when i ordered it. The chicken inside was weird as well and the sour cream and lettuce were the same temp as the chicken, obviously not made fresh. I noticed this the third bite into my inedible 30 dollar meal for 2, and got terribly nauseous that night with what little I ate..
This second time my burrito is hardly anything but spicy sauce with a few strands of wilted lettuce and again weird dark shredded chicken.. I passed it up this time learning my lesson prior, but ate other parts of the meal and regret that thoroughly because this time I actually puked from the nausea caused after eating here..
Truly appalled that people would rather make someone sick than just do their job. Not at all surprised by the other reviews here. I desperately think this place needs better management and staff with better attitudes about the work they're paid to do.
I worked food service for years, I get it. It sucks. But take some pride in the work you do, and it is never ok to hurt someone else when they're just trying to get dinner at the end of the day. I'll never be back to see it, but I hope the right person sees this and makes the right changes to this place, the food, AND those attitudes.

Why does it say online that they are open til 1 am on Friday, but when you go there at 10:15pm, they are closed??? Definitely need to update their hours online to show their actual true hours!!! SO ANNOYED!!!!
