I did not know there were such a bad thing as disgusting Taco Bell. This was the worst I’ve ever had hard tacos were soggy. Chalupa’s were rock hard no meat in my beefy five layer burrito zero all beans I would never go here this place should be shut down. Absolute waste of money I should’ve just went and got a bucket of dirt from the hardware store
This place is awfully slow and food is mid-cold most times. They have you pull up so it doesn’t affect their order times. Order is super simple and still took over 20 min. Not doing this again.
Attempted to call ahead for a rather large order (2-16 piece bucket meals and several individual meal orders). Called for better than 20 minutes. It rings and rings and rings without answer, until a busy signal takes over.

Went to get dinner and when I got home the items were falling out of the wrapper and meat and cheese was all over the inside of the bag. I tried to call but no one would pick up and then got sent to an unhooked dial tone. This is not the first time that's happened. Had to take the food back and the manager guy was giving me an attitude about what I had ordered. It was their fault cause they weren't listening to what I was ordering. He went back and took some of the cold items that I had brought back and just made me what I was missing. No sorry, no nothing. Very bad service. In hindsight I should have check the bag but I was in a hurry.
Ya. Reading the reviews.... While some are a bit harsh the truth is it is a LONG wait. It was almost truthfully 35 minutes from start to finish with just 2 cars in front of me. The staff was kind but clearly very under staffed. It isn't the employee's fault but obviously an issue the owner needs to address. Food was generally what is to be expected from a taco bell but we did get the chicken cantina tacos which were basically shells with cheese on the outside and very little filling. Seems to be a location that is pretty consistently disappointing for people.
Might be the worst service at a Taco Bell in the metro that I've received... extremely slow and didn't get hardly any of my order right. Next time I'll drive out of my way just to avoid this location
My order was disgusting. We had to wait 20 mins on our order to be done, but when we tried to eat it our tacos were literally wet and our taco fries were burnt. Ended up throwing it away.
Do not go to this location, save yourself the headache, they can't make your order correct, or give you all of your meal, every single time we have been here our order has never been correct as ordered, just go to the basehor location, we will never be back here again, we have tried many of times hoping it would get better, nope still haven't changed in the last 3 years go else where, I will make sure I go out of my way to avoid this location ever again

The food quality at this Taco Bell is not good. We ordered two doritos locos tacos and both of them came out mushy and looked like they had been sitting out for a long time. We asked for sauce but didn’t get any in the bag.

Waited in the drive thru for FAR to long with no one ahead of us. Forgot part of our order, but gave us some biscuits for the mistake. Got home and our chicken sandwiches were chicken tenders….
The ONLY reason they get two stars and not one, is because the gentleman was polite.
Very disappointed. They didn't give me my fries which was the only reason why I drove there. Then when I realized my fries weren't in my bag I called 3 times and got No answer. On top of him making me pay separately for them because he said he couldn't replace them with the tortilla chips.
I never go to this location cause the food sucks, but tonight my fiancée got me this cause I’m sick and it’s the closest one to us, he told me he got my food down but the guy completely cut him off when he tried to order his own and told him to pull up, he said hello hello over and over and no one answered, he also waited in line for 20 mins w only two people in front of him, when I got my food they forgot my sauce, the burritos were sloppy and poorly made, and my soft tacos were soaking wet with some weird liquid, didn’t even have a smell so I assume water. This place sucks, don’t come here

Worst place ever! Purchased 2 bean burritos and a large Pepsi just prior to 11 am today. Waited 5 mins for slop that I could not eat. Gave me no receipt. This isn’t even my 1st bad experience at this location. Poor quality people working there! Care about your product!!
I have never left this bad of a review, but it has to be said. Slow is an understatement. To take a SINGULAR order was over eleven minutes and the majority of the time they weren't at the cash register. I have no idea what the food was like because I left after eleven minutes, I didn't pay attention to the atmosphere, but the service was beyond terrible.
This seems like an ongoing issue at this taco bell. Whoever is the manager needs to figure it out and get onto these employees to be more attentive. They're losing money this way.
