I came in with my partner on a Saturday morning. No one was in line, but there were several people in the seating area. We were greeted right away, but after that the interaction with employees was bare minimum. The drinks were mediocre. I ordered a large chai which was more sugar than chai. My partner ordered a hot chocolate which tasted okay, but was not very chocolatey. When the baristas placed our drinks on the counter, they quickly rushed away without looking at us...
