If i could, i would leave zero stars. To say the service was horrible, is an understatement. The microphone was broken, so i was instructed to drive to the window to order. we sat for at least 10 minutes, before being acknowledged. I had to bang on the window and honk my horn, before anyone even noticed. One teenage girl walked by, right after i honked, and allegedly didn’t hear it. After someone finally came to the window, there wasn’t an apology, or a warm greeting. after taking our order, didn’t say anything and just held their hand out for payment. after i paid, nothing else was said. Although the food was made quickly and yummy, i am disappointed in the lack of service in the front. I am also very upset that my blizzards weren’t flipped upside down. As i was leaving, there was no “have a good night” or “thank you” or apology for the wait. I truly expected better, as i have gone to this specific location many times before, and the service was incredible.

Stopped for a meal after a volleyball game. Horrible service. Waited about 15 minutes for our food, which was barely warm. Chicken strips tasted old and gross. The meal deal included a small sundae, which I told the kid I would get after I finished my meal. Couldn't even eat half the meal because it just tasted off. Went to the counter to get the sundae and was told someone would get to me in 15 minutes. People were lining up behind me waiting to order. I finally got tired of waiting and just left. Won't go to that location again. The fly strip covered in flies hanging from the ceiling was disgusting as well.

We stopped in on a road trip. The young boys working are super friendly and very helpful with our daughter’s food allergies. Not everyone is as helpful or as patient and it said a lot to me that these young boys were. Quick service, too. Thank you.

Fresh food, good portion sizes, friendly staff, clean tables. Much better than I thought it would be on a slow evening in a small town. We were just passing through. My wife wanted DQ. It was dead. I thought we’d get old food. But they cooked it fresh when we ordered. The fries in our chicken baskets were full and the ice cream parfaits were filled to the top of the lids. Picked any table we wanted since they were all clean. Very pleasing visit.

I am so sick of this place. I stopped eating here cause some guy with dirty hands took my order, and money and then proceeded to go in the back to make my food. NOPE. So, I just come here for PRE made Dilly bars and buster bars. And she gives me a box and one side is ROCK hard. SO i opened it, it had been melted and stuff was out of the package, ALL stinky, and so I asked for another box. This one was not all clumped to one side so i brought it home. Low and behold, ALL 6 of them had been melted and re frozen! In the photos you can see how yellow all that nasty stuff on the outside is compared to the WHITE ice cream in the middle. And the middle wasn't full of ice cream. Looks to me like it melted out, soured, and refroze or something.

Me and my family went to your guys place and order ice cream and they just sat there on their phones and didn’t make it for five minutes and they they did my mom’s dilly bar and was melted and the girl at the window said it wasn’t when it was broken and melted all over, they didn’t flip a single blizzard at all and they were extremely rude to my mom
I’ve been sitting in my car for 25 minutes and only 2 of the 5 cars have been served.
Just waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru. Completely unacceptable!!!
Payed for ice cream and didn't get it. Went in again for the ice cream I payed for and they were rude.
We showed up 8 minutes before closing. We are not from the area, so we were unfamiliar with the area. The employee there told us the lobby was closed. But said if we go through the drive thru he would help us. What a great attitude he had. I would completely understand if we would not have gotten a 5 star service. But wow. He delivered. Which I would got him name. He is the type of an employee that you go back to a place due to the service. Thank you so much for making our kids ice cream and seeing that customer service is still important to some.

Great place
Not sure what happened at this DQ but the quality of food and its customer service completely took a nose dive. I’m not going back there.
This place is crap. Put in an online order and paid over 40 bucks went in side waited another 10 mins guy was rude as hell to me. Some veteran he is wearing an Vietnam hat. Yelled at us for asking about our online order that we ordered 45 minutes ago. Don't waste your time with dq. If your from out of town. Locals are just as rude.

The standards of this place are DISGUSTING. let me explain. . . It is required in Kansas to wear gloves when making food. They did not. To make matters worse, the person making our food also took our order. Dirty "mechanic" hands with dirty nails... Touched the register and went back and made our food. ABSOLUTELY not. NEVER going back. I won't even buy my boxes of Dilly Bars and Buster bars.. I will NOT support a disgusting place like this one. Get your food and ice cream elsewhere for your own well being.
Can you believe they want $1.06 for a cup of water!!??
