I watched an employee drop the food out of the bottom of a chicken strip basket for my daughter. Pick it up and put it back in the box as if nothing happened. When I asked for a refund they said they issued a refund. Refund was never received. I do not recommend this establishment.

This is the absolute worst diary queen I have ever been to. The staff was rude when they did not pay attention to orders. They did not give me my receipt and gave my blizzard to someone else. We got our food 10 minutes after ordering, to which I stated I did not get my ice cream and she stated they were making it she’d bring it to my table. They did not, they yelled and someone else went up and took it. When I informed her she then was very rude that she already gave it out, I told her she gave it to the wrong person to which she was also extremely rude to response as “you should have told me” as if that wasn’t what I was doing. She then gave me the incorrect blizzard to which by then we had been waiting over 20 minutes for this ice cream and were in a rush. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and received a cookie dough blizzard with chocolate syrup mixed into it. It was disgusting and terrible service to which I paid over $6 for a blizzard, waited over 20 minutes, to still receive the wrong item. I have never been treated this way at ANY restaurant. I would absolutely not recommend this DQ. Do not waste your time, find somewhere else with better employees with good customer service.

This place is a hit or miss. But it's unfortunate when you look forward to getting something you like and it is wrong and they assure you it's correct. Ordered the oreo brownie cupfection when she handed it to us I said I don't think this is right and she said yup has carmel on it so that's how you know. It's never came with carmel before and on the website it doesn't state it comes with carmel and the oreos are non existent. Disappointing kind of never know what ur gonna get here or the attitude you will get from the cashiers.

I went to the drive thru today. It took a very long time to get a number 1 combo with a medium blizzard instead of a drink and a plain cheese burger for my dog and a water. It was over $17. The bun was chewy on both burgers, the cheeseburger had pup only wrote on it and the meat smelled rotten. The blizzard was oreo hot coco and it wasn't mixed much and didn't have much of the coco in it the ice cream was still white. I waited so long that the server Saud sorry it took so long. I had finished my blizzard that's how long it took. I think the neat is put in water and boiled it looked gross. I use to love this store, but isn't gone downhill the last couple of years. We don't eat there much and I won't waste that much money again. I would ho to the Mexican restaurants in town next time we pass through.

Went at 8:58pm, Google says open until 10pm. As I approached the building, the staff turned off the drive through menu-board and yelled something from the door of the restaurant. I was unable to order food and left hungry.Please update the hours!

Just returned from a drive-through "experience" at the Burlington Dairy Queen. Is there any way you could hire even s-l-o-w-e-r children to give service? Sat behind one car for 15 minutes waiting to get our turn. Orders were not prepared, everything was slow, slow, slow. Why don't you fire these people?

Outstanding visit. We just finished up a lunch of burgers and onion rings. They were fresh and hot and delicious. The staff were fast and friendly. The tables were spotless and even though it was snowy and slushy the restaurant was in excellent shape.

Thankful for such a great experience! The staff were very nice, wished us a merry Christmas, and our Burgers & fries/rings were hot & fresh! Actually had to wait a minute to be able to handle them :-D Best DQ experience ever! Thanks Again Yall!!!
