This was at the Burlington Sonic. The kids double cheeseburger was ok, too much mustard for my liking. But the chicken strips were absolutely inedible. They were cooked almost burned in color, looking more like very chocolate brown playdough than a golden brown chicken tender. Very grisly and rubber like texture. I was traveling through, this went unnoticed until I was well out of town. This was around 11:30 on a Monday morning, thet weren't that busy, there was absolutely no need in serving food in that condition to paying customers.

Ordered on mobile app today for myself and four kids. Food came out in decent amount of time… EXCEPT- I was missing part of my order and the part I did get, was wrong. Fries were old and stale.

Note- the ONLY reason I’m giving service a 3 star is because of the young girl who corrected all mistakes personally and made things right and was very polite.

The food, this time, was spot on. 👌 Cooked perfectly, fresh, and the order was correct, and that may have been the fastest service we've ever gotten there. Car hops were moving quickly and being friendly.

This is probably one of the worst Sonic locations I’ve been to. Food usually is cold and not that great and drinks are so hit and miss and super watered down my family would just rather not come here. Employees are usually outside standing around talking and/or vaping. Also sometimes they have your order sitting on the counter and they just don’t bring it out. And yes, if you’re looking for something quick this is not the place, it almost always takes 15+ minutes.

If I could rate one star I was with people that came there then they proceeded to denied service, while they continued to take other peoples orders, and didn’t give a reason as to why. The little blond lady at the front didn’t help and was also being racists. I would definitely not recommend coming here, they were trying to charge for little things like packets of ketchup. I can definitely say this is a race thing as they treated all the people of color very unfairly but the non people of color perfectly fine. HOPEFULLY They get shut down.

I went to go get a online pick up order and when I got there, I got my drink and then I started drinking away at it as obviously And then something appeared in my mouth and it was clumpy. It was squishy so I called them, and I came back and said it was sugar. That girl said it was sugar since when was sugar, moist and squishy and soggy like bread
I’m very disappointed in this service 10/10 mozzarella sticks though
