“I’ve discovered a real gem in Caldwell: Suzy’s Bakery & Coffee Shop. Every visit has been a treat! First and foremost — her cold brew is hands down the best I’ve ever tasted, whether you compare it to a big-chain or a cozy local shop. It’s smooth, well-balanced, and it manages to hit just the right notes every time. On top of that, Suzy’s baked goods are always unique, fresh, and absolutely delicious. She’s not doing the same old muffins and cookies — you’ll find creative flavors and sweet surprises that make every visit feel special. It’s more than just good coffee — it’s worth the drive. I live two hours away, and whenever I’m in the area I make a point to stop. That’s how good it is! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and Suzy herself is friendly and passionate about what she does. It’s clear she puts care into everything from the beans to the pastries. If you love good coffee and delightful treats, this is one of those places you’ll want to keep coming back to. I can’t recommend it highly enough!❤”

“It would be nice to go into this subway and get my food , be able to just sit down and eat it. But every time I go into this subway the tables are dirty.

You would think if people eat get up take their trash to the trashcan and leave that should ring a bell in the clerk's head that they should get a rag and wash the tables off that including the seats and the edge around the table.

It just isn't so and then when I ask them to just give me the wet rag they don't. Then when they wipe the table off and then it's to wet to lay my food on it.”

“It's a little out of the way, unless you're in Caldwell. I found it funny that the only other bar in town is right next door. They are a nice group, friendly people, good acoustics. The food that I had was good, as well.”
