We came in with a party of 7 and had such a great experience at Mi Pueblito! The food was authentic and absolutely delicious, the service was wonderful, and everyone was so friendly. They even took the time to chat with us and ask where we were from. My kids loved it too! We know where to stop when we come through Caldwell again!
This place is just friendly. The food is not too spicy and kind of bland. It's kind of what you would expect in a very low budget Mexican food place where kindness is the champion. I would definitely go back there and just enjoy them.
Let me start with that this restaurant is quaint and small, but don't let that stop you from enjoying their food. That is because it is the best Mexican food I've had the pleasure of enjoying, and I've gone to many Mexican restaurants across this huge country.
