I’ve discovered a real gem in Caldwell: Suzy’s Bakery & Coffee Shop. Every visit has been a treat!
First and foremost — her cold brew is hands down the best I’ve ever tasted, whether you compare it to a big-chain or a cozy local shop. It’s smooth, well-balanced, and it manages to hit just the right notes every time.
On top of that, Suzy’s baked goods are always unique, fresh, and absolutely delicious. She’s not doing the same old muffins and cookies — you’ll find creative flavors and sweet surprises that make every visit feel special.
It’s more than just good coffee — it’s worth the drive. I live two hours away, and whenever I’m in the area I make a point to stop. That’s how good it is!
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and Suzy herself is friendly and passionate about what she does. It’s clear she puts care into everything from the beans to the pastries.
If you love good coffee and delightful treats, this is one of those places you’ll want to keep coming back to. I can’t recommend it highly enough!❤

I was visiting in Oklahoma and drove up to Wichita came back through this little town. This bakery is absolutely delicious. I have the strawberry cheesecake and a coffee cold brew. I haven’t seen a Starbucks since I got here and I was glad that I found this bakery instead of Starbucks because it was a lot better!

Having Suzy’s Bakery and Coffee Shop do our friends wedding cake was the best decision I ever made… she made the process so easy and seamless! From the beginning Suzy’s professionalism was over the top and her kindness was definitely a huge plus!!! The cake was beautiful and was everything that I asked from her plus some. The frosting is something I usually avoid but……I couldn’t get enough of it sooooo yummmmyyy!!!!The cake was a huge hit even amongst cake haters all of the guests complimented on how the cake looked and tasted!!!! We are now Suzy’s Bakery fans for life, and we will be visiting whenever we come into town or have any birthday/wedding needs or when we are simply just craving a good ol’ cupcake! I would recommend this bakery most definitely!!!

Had the best blended peppermint mocha drink, roast beef sandwich and chocolate, caramel brownie. Also had fruit cinnamon rolls. All so good. The atmosphere is the best.

Suzy made the cupcakes for our 13 year old son’s birthday. They were amazing! A huge hit with everyone. I love that I was able to custom order and didn’t have to give a months notice. Suzy is such a sweet person to work with, also. Highly recommend!
I'm not a coffee person. Great little place. Had the salad bar. Made a great salad. Had chocolate pudding and cottage cheese as well. The lemonade to drink it's really good too. Got a cinnamon roll and cupcake to go.
