It’s gotten worse over the years. It was a good store but again cooks are sloppy but I just don’t know what happened. It’s an OK place if you’re wanting like a milkshake or some fries, but that’s really about it.

We used to buy Big G’s all the time we got two burgers yesterday and I guarantee you me being a cook know the weight value and those burgers did not have more than an eighth of meat on them not even a quarter pound. It was horrible and they don’t even toast the buns anymore

This last visit I ordered onion rings with my pork loin sandwich. My order of onion rings consisted of 4 rings and two of them were very small. I thought I was on candid camera and it was a joke. But I asked and they did nothing, just said yep that an order of rings.
Not sure i will stop anymore. It's gotten more expensive which is fine if service is good. But the bad service makes it a problem for me.

Just tried to get two dip cones. Quality was terrible . The workers cannot a decent ice cream cone. The service was incredibly slow and the kids working there don’t have the slightest idea how to speak with customers. I will never return.

I recently moved to Caney and have wanted to try this place but it's a 50/50 of when they are actually open. I ate there tonight. The onion rings and fries were over cooked. The phili cheese steak sandwich came on a bun. My order was $46.42 and did drive thru but was charged a 20% tip $9.28 making my total $55.70. When I called to talk to them about was told they don't have a button to add a tip in there system. They could not explain how on the recite it shows it and yet they said my card was charged $46.42.
Due to things like this I always check my receipts and bank account.
This is poor business, then to lie about is worse.
This place shows you a menu with the food and the price on it. Then when you place you order charges you more money than what the menu price says. Then I was told by the older lady that works there when I said something about it that there prices change ever day and they could not keep the right price on the menu. Then I told her I would never be back and then she said I don't care because the people of Caney Kansas support the place any way without me stopping in. They also put way to much ketchup and mustard on our burgers. I mean ways to much. Then we was out side waiting on our food then I saw on the side of the building a menu on the window where the prices were ever cheaper then the menu on the inside. I think this is for the drive through. The way they price there food this is false advertising. So to break this down they have a driver through price that is fake. Then they have a menu on the inside that you can order that has a different price. Then when you place your order they charge even more than that. This is bad business practice it makes customers very upset when you run a business like this. I am asking the owner of this business if you went to go shopping some where and you bought so things and you saw the price and then they charger you like $1.00 to $3.00 a Item more than what the price said on the shelf how would you fill about this. As a business owner you are also a customer. The older lady that worked here was supper Rude. I will never support this business again. Do not eat here
