First time going to Big G's and it did not disappoint. The two ladies working we're very friendly and the food was delicious. Probably the best fast food burger I have had since childhood. It was juicy the cheese was melted and the vegetables were crisp. Definitely would eat there again!

I've eaten here all my life and never once had a bad experience. To be honest yes I am a worker at this place. So those of you who talk bad you have another thing coming. There is absolutely no worms nor any type of bug in your food! And when it comes to the wait time, we are very short handed. You better have patience cause if not, ask for application. We will gladly give you one! 😁 Everything is very well taken care of it promise you that. 💚

I will not eat there again the food was raw and had worms in it then the owner called me a lier and the staff didn't know what they were doing they said 15-20 minutes it took 45 min then they didn't give me all my food so I had to go back and wait another 15 min they need to have the health board come in and check the food the owner doesn't have to be so hateful I paid 100.00 for the food and it was nasty

we went this today for lunch they told us it would be 15 minutes turn out to be 45 min then they didn't give me all my food and when I did get everything there was worms in the hamburger

big g's is terrible!. i ordered a double cheeseburger basket, mayonnaise only, with a coke. the lady on the phone said, "I'm sorry, we don't carry coke products." i was like, ok, then I'll take a dr pepper. it sounded like everything was fine. it wasnt!! I paid 17 dollars for my combo, a dbl chs brgr w/ mayo only, tator tots, and a dp. a little on the pricey side, but hey, you gotta pay to get what you want. I went and picked up my food and drove back to my job. when I bit Into my burger, effin gross, what the crap Is this, I thought. come to find out, they used miracle whip on my burger!!! why would they tell me they don't have coke products but not tell me they don't have mayonnaise. it blows my mind. then I called to talk to an owner or manager about it and was told they are on vacation. of course they are. take my money, give me something I didnt order, and the whole time they are living it up somewhere on my money. that is bullsh*t!! I hate miracle whip! sure mayo and miracle whip are both white, but that's the only way they are similar! I'm never spending my money there again! I can't trust them to give me what they sold me.

It’s gotten worse over the years. It was a good store but again cooks are sloppy but I just don’t know what happened. It’s an OK place if you’re wanting like a milkshake or some fries, but that’s really about it.
