Fun place food is delicious! The people that work there are very nice! How to try the burgers and the shakes! Worth the drive if you’re in Wichita. Small town America at its best.
Benny’s is amazing. The atmosphere is very casual with staff that will converse or crack jokes with you. I love how it feels like a family place. In fact Benny’s is where my child requested for her birthday dinner. The fact that everything is made fresh instead of being in a warmer sets Benny’s apart from most burger places.
Okra was burned and chewy somehow, breading was hit or miss also. Burger (double) was small although about half an inch thick, and misshapen; any toppings/condiment beside onions was almost non existent. The fries were in general pretty decent but lacked in flavor besides old oil. The staff was excellent and quirky, very helpful and you could tell most of them were caring.
