Rudest staff. Made two orders and interacted with two different employees. Neither could be bothered to fulfill simple requests - bringing ketchup packets or fixing an incorrect order - without acting like we were the problem. I understand that things happen, but I have never been spoken to that way at a fast food restaurant in my life.
Guess that's what you get when there are literally no other options.

Pulled up and pushed the button to order. Sat there 5 minutes and no one responded. Pushed button 8 times and a voice came across the speaker informing me that they would be right with me to take my order. For 10 minutes I watched ONE server deliver orders all around my car. After 15 minutes I never got the chance to place an order! I left without conducting business with this Sonic. It appears they have one cook and one server and piss poor management!

Tried to order on the 'Sonic' app. The order Failed to go through Twice. Arrived at the Sonic only to be told I had NO order. Later I get a notification from my bank that both orders had been DENIED on my credit/Debit card. Funny, the card worked Fine at the stall.

Always a trusty spot for a good lunch. One of the last places available to get a wonderful Chili Cheese Dog!!!
Fast food? What a joke. Ordered one shake, large chili cheese tots, a rt 44 water and a rt 44 Coke. 25 minutes waiting and a carhop finally told us they were out of Oreos. Then another 15 minutes later they finally brought us our food. You might as well drive to the next town over and order because youāll still get home quicker than if you order at Cherryvales pathetic excuse of fast food.

Cheeseburger was cold the bun was cold, tatertotts were cold several cars there took forever. Very disappointed. What ever happened to the cook taking pride in cooking and serving hot delicious food. It's like they cook it ahead let it set then slapped cheese and toppings on a cold bun. The only good thing was the young man that brought our food was very nice.

Half of the drive in āspotsā donāt work and have no cone in front of them. There card machines also donāt work half the time serious problem with this restaurant

Very understaffed. Waited over an hour to order, finally placed order on the app and then they said the app crashed. Finally got our order and the food was inedible - cooked in rancid oil. So so gross!
