Waited 32 minutes on an app order, just to get cold fries, soggy smash burger and very little ice in drinks. Called 3 times while waiting, no one answered. Husband had to go to the door to get order!!! Avoid this Sonic

Literally sat at stall 10 for 15 min after pushing button, only 3 other cars in the whole parking lot. Finally just left.

The Stalls are falling apart, the food is about the same. The chicken sandwich I got was very salty, way too much mayonnaise for any normal sandwich, I won't come back here. They will just throw your stuff in the bag covered in grease and send you on your way

I was going to say something about the time it took to get my food, but the other reviews took care of the wait information. However, a #6 chili cheese coney meal will take 15 minutes from order to vehicle, with only two other vehicles at the place.

Sonic offers a variety of americana style foods from hamburgers and chili dogs to chocken strips and ice cream desserts. The best part is the endless possibilities of types of drinks available daily from slushes to sift drinks with countless add ins to make any beverage unique.

Fries were overcooked and cold, chicken tenders had odd taste like bad oil or something. Hopefully you don't have issues turning head if using drive thru because and of the menu board to speaker is backwards

Ordered online for the Cherryvale store. I had to go to the door to find where my order was. It took 10 minutes longer than the app said. They had ZERO customers! The burgers were cold and the drink did not have extra ice as requested. Was told yes it did. I eat sonic almost everyday I know when it has extra ice.

This was the absolute worst Sonic we have ever been too. Stopped by to get a quick bite to eat on our way through as we are a couple hours from home and was less than impressed. Girl who took our order had to ask us what stall we were on to even take our order, the tone in her voice very quickly told us she does not enjoy where she works. There was us and two other cars at stalls and they had two people go through drive while we were there. It took 20 minutes to get three junior burgers, two burritos, two small fries, a medium cheese tot and a large cheese fry.

I called the store and as I was calling our food was finally coming out. I expressed my frustration with the long wait time (I have carhopped at a Sonic) and was met with a hateful attitude with an excuse of “we got slammed”. (All stalls are on one side on the building and we watched the two cars come through drive).

Before leaving we realized we didn’t even get all of our food so I went in. Our other bag was just sitting on the counter. I won’t lie, I did make a comment about if it was going to take 20 minutes to get our food they could at least make sure we got all of it.

I again was met with the “we got slammed”.

What I noticed while in there was the manager (a gentleman) taking an order, the one carhop standing there doing nothing and the cook walking up from the back.

If they truly were “slammed” then I would have accepted “we are understaffed, we do apologize”. I would have been understanding, but to be met with the attitude immediately and tone at the very beginning while ordering was awful.

I’ve worked in customer service roles for many years, I know it’s not easy. But if you are that miserable, maybe look elsewhere for employment.

I will say, at least the food wasn’t terrible.

Only one other car there ..took 30 mins to get order food cold, dry up nasty tasting sonic burgers . I live in this town I'll never eat there again. Every time I've ordered something in the the last 2yrs it's been awful food ..

Rudest staff. Made two orders and interacted with two different employees. Neither could be bothered to fulfill simple requests - bringing ketchup packets or fixing an incorrect order - without acting like we were the problem. I understand that things happen, but I have never been spoken to that way at a fast food restaurant in my life.

Guess that's what you get when there are literally no other options.
