Very understaffed. Waited over an hour to order, finally placed order on the app and then they said the app crashed. Finally got our order and the food was inedible - cooked in rancid oil. So so gross!

Shauna was super professional...the food took a second but everything was hot...would be nice for a little sitting area (I was in an rv I parked across the street and walked over with my dog)...thanks guys....keep up the good work.

Never have a good experience here. Everything takes forever, even for just drink orders. We've started to avoid this place. Got a random hankering for some ice cream tonight and it was the only place open...or should have been open. Got there well before close, but the lights were out. Workers were still inside so we pull in and push the button. No response. It's 15 mintues before close, workers are inside looking at us...but totally ignore us. We push the button on like 5 order machines, we make sure they see us by parking right next to the window, still ignore us. Annoying.

Was only one other car and it took nearly 15 minutes to get 4 blasts. They were very melted upon arriving to the vehicle but did have a good amount of toppings. ? Ice cream is meant to be frozen...js.

My mother went to this Sonic today. She often has problems with them not being competent in getting orders right, but today was ridiculous. She tried to order but the music was so loud they didn't hear her and kept telling her to speak up. She was having to yell and couldn't hear them well either. Finally the lady came out to take her order and it took about six tries for the lady to even understand because she kept saying it back wrong to my mother. I guess maybe this lady is in need of basic skills. Then when she brought the order, fries were missing. When my mother pointed it out, the lady argued and was rude. My mother pointed out that they got the order wrong (after six tries). So the manager came out and wrote it down. Then when the lady finally brought out the missing fries, she was rude and refused to give them to my mom until she paid for them. So my mom did. When she got home (with cold food by that point) she called to complain. The lady laughed at my mom and hung up on her. It was so rude. You can tell there isn't a lot of competition in this town so they don't care about running a decent business with decent customer service.

They don't have a proper drive thru. You can order outside but a car hop brings out your food. I couldn't get the app to work I called them 3 times never once did they answer. when I pulled up to get my food. I asked about the app to order. Very rudly she said they didn't have anything to do with that It took them 10 min to bring out an order of tots and 3 drinks. Very poor service

So I got a lemon aide yesterday and today I got a Coke. There’s an off taste to it. I don’t know what the taste is but it’s not right.
