Sat for 15 minutes in drive through, finally got to window and paid, sat for 30 more minutes, nobody would come to window to give us our food or to explain the problem. Almost an hour of waiting.

Slowest sonic i’ve been to, i ordered two dr.p’s pulled up and waited almost 20 minutes, it said it was ready, but no one was coming out, my boyfriend went inside, the employees were on their phones, and he said he had scanned it but just didn’t want to take them out, the manager was helpful enough to tell his employee to do his job and got my drinks

I don’t know why I keep thinking this place would get better. Always a horrible experience. From the beginning. So sad.

Trip

The place is a dump, kids were running in and out of the kitchen, workers were just giggling with each other. The service is terribly slow (sat in the drivethru for 15 min, wish I was joking!) and IF you manage to get the food you ordered, it’s dripping in grease(my burger was literally dripping, I like grease but that was nasty).
Not to mention that there are literally residential houses all around this place, there’s NO parking except for regular vehicles…no room for trailers or semi’s

i placed my order through the app. estimated pick up time for my order was 6:02pm. I checked in at the stall at 6:07pm, and I had to wait untill 06:28 before i received my order. This is the second time i have received this bad service. utterly disappointed!!

Ordered in the app. Came inside to pick up the order, rang the doorbell on the counter, and no one came. Finally some going on break came out. He said they didn't see me and went and got my order. Nice place if they had better service.

We love the half priced drinks on the app! When we check in at our stall, service is always prompt about getting our order to us. Woo-hoo, Sonic!!

Parking: During peak hours, it is almost impossible to find an open stall. That just shows how amazing they are!
