I’ve given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt for the past couple years sometimes it’s good most times it terrible. This last time the food was 25 minutes past the estimated time, the breadsticks were cold and the pizza’s came out burned on the bottom. It’s very unfortunate how bad this Pizza Hut has fallen off over the past 4 years. You can no longer drive around the restaurant due to the dangerous parking lot but thankfully they have put up a nondescript chain that has no markings to stop people from driving over the ditch that has formed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here.

They are so wildly rude on the phone. Literally sighed at me for asking a question. Double charged me for an order and got snippy with me when I tried to bring it up to them.

Stopped in for lunch. Dine in too. Rural location and the service shows that. Pizza and bread sticks were really good. Service lacking for sure. Waited over 10 minutes after eating for the check and had to stop another server to get it. Place was empty - which is fine but that means that the employees are parking in the front row close to the door - and that should be a BIG no no. Customers walking from far away, in the rain to eat in?? That should stop. Server got tipped less due to standing over me while filling out the credit card tip and signature slip - Hate being stood over as it seems a tactic to make sure they get tipped. Otherwise, place was clean.

Went to the Pizza Hut tonight in Clay Center and we were the only ones in there and it took at least 30 mins to get our food. As we waited I watched both men in the kitchen handle all the different kinds of food and toppings without wearing gloves, not once. Then proceeded to watch them rub their head and face with bare hands, fix their hats, pull up their pants and handle cash without washing their hands as well. That was very disturbing to watch and they will be loosing business.

Unable to process a small order anywhere close to the timeframe given. 30 min after ordered when I was told it would be done it has not even gone in the oven.No management on site and workers standing around not doing anything.

Ordered almost $70 worth of items for a large family meal via the app. When I looked at the online receipt, it stated no breadsticks on one of the orders, even though it was supposed to come with it. No big deal, I figured I could call the store and resolve it. Unfortunately I was told that they have no control over the app and there was nothing they could do. So I requested to cancel the order. I guess my biggest thing is that it would have been more worth it to just comp the 5 breadsticks that came with the pasta. The store just lost $70 over a probably $3 or less item. I would consider not allowing the app usage as a business owner if it was going to continually cost me money. Just a thought for the future.
I have not eaten at Pizza Hut in 3 years, I saw the new ad for the Big New Yorker pizza and decided to give them another chance .What a big mistake, pizza was awful. There was very little sauce, very salty, and tasteless. This was a take out order and I asked if I can get some red pepper flakes for my pizza. The answer was, "it will cost you a dollar". From now on I will be buying good pizza from Pappa Johns and I can get the condaments for free.Larry S.
