We ordered online and the sandwiches were incorrect. I called and the manager was extremely rude and seemed to be bothered by my call. I am so sorry that the small town I live in is this overwhelmed that the only outlet they have is to be rude to the customers that support their income ?

They're always closed in the middle of the week because of "staffing issues" but they won't hire my brother who's never even had a job and has no criminal record. Other kids from his grade with the same level of work experience work there but they won't accept him. They help further the widespread discrimination in hiring in this town. Absolutely unacceptable

The wrap was pretty small than normal I was missing ingredients which are banana peppers, olives, spinach, lettuce, and ranch. I was not told that if you were short on product and my product was not completely finished and the wrap was small I understand you were busy the products should be provided on the wrap and got charged full price and saw no manager it was all teenagers someone mature should have been there to check to see the product is right and move on very disappointed it usually comes better product and probably don't know how to make a wrap but never assume to do the job if you don't know how to make a wrap ask questions Thank you hopefully for a better product next time

Ordered online, when picking up, we realized there was no ice for our sodas. We told them, and they told us the ice machine was broken. We ordered a meal that came with a soda...but no ice? Ok, we can get past that but, the diet coke was out of order and the reg coke was out of syrup. I asked them if we could get a bottle of diet coke. We were told they would have to charge us for it. No thanks, we wont be back

As Subway goes,I find it one of the best fast food places here in Clay Center to grab a sandwich.Friendly employees and everything seems to be fresh all the time I go.

Very disappointed ?, I came in during lunch time. I only get 30 mins for lunch. When I walked in to subway I had a couple in front of me waiting on them to finish what looks to be online orders. Now I get they have to do those as well but when you have 3 people that I can see doing online orders and no one doing orders for the people who came into the store. I never even got a hello, or a I'll be right with you guys. Stood there for ten minutes before walking out.

Made to order Subway Melt can't be beat! Hot and fresh sandwich with chips, drink and fresh cookies. Only gave a 4 because all the local Subways did away with my favorite peanut butter cookies! Bring em back Subway!!!
