Every time we order a slight change to an order it is always wrong. Was just there ordered yet again on the run out of town, and instead of putting extra sauce the didn't even put any on it. Need to stop giving chances but not a whole lot to choose from in Clay Center.

And they never refunded my card! Don't make this mistake here!!!I ordered 4 plain burger patties with no bun. With tax, I was charged $24.48 for 4 patties! That's nearly $25/lb for hamburger!!When I realized what I thought was a mistake, I took the patties back to correct it. They said they don't have a "patty button" on their register so they have to charge full hamburger price ($5.59 for each patty). I told them I've been to many Wendy's where they charged $1-2 per patty. They said they're an independent franchise so they're run differently. I told them I'd like to return my patties. They said they weren't sure if they could return them but I insisted until they did.-We ordered #3- 10 piece nuggets (what we thought was a meal-see pic). Sign said $4.59 and we were charged $7.99. I asked them about this. They said it's $4.59 for just the nuggets. The fries and drink are extra. (We ordered a frosty so we expected a little extra but not $3.30 extra.) I pointed out that their signs show chicken nuggets, fries and drink for $4.59. There's not a different price listed for a combo. They said they aren't sure why their signs are like that.-We also ordered a crispy chicken BLT and were given a crispy chicken instead. Didn't notice that mistake until after we left.

I ordered my food and the waiter accidentally typed it in wrong but gave me no problems, but when they tried to fix it one of their coworkers came up and was giving me major issues, I even apologized but they continued to rant to me and give an attitude.

Missing a couple nuggets from one of the three $5 biggie bags and only got one sauce for all three bags. Also the fries are cold and taste like they have been sitting out for awhile definitely not fresh.

We have gone up there multiple times. Never really had many problems with food yet. But customer service, if i could i wouldn't even give it a rating. The only decent workers up there is the new girl with orange hair, and the younger male. They have decent attitudes, but forget the female manager. Shes rude, i was complaining about the price of a burger on speaker phone to my husband, and the girl jumped on and said we dont set prices. Yes, i am fully aware. So when I went to the window, I asked to talk to her to tell her I was talking to my husband. She wouldnt even let me get a word out, she was raising her voice, started blaming me for something that I literally have never done in the past. I told her she clearly didnt need to work this job, because her people skills are NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!! For one I dont even like peppermint anything, its disgusting. So how in the hell are you going to say I always come up here and complain. I never COMPLAIN! Because my husband is the one that always comes and gets the food, so I dont have to deal with all the rude people that work here. I get you are all younger, but I was 16 working fast food, and got tips because of how nice and welcoming I was, and thats an attribute I still have.Next time I will be recording the experience, per the officer who told me thats my right.

Got some died up veggies need to be more careful about serving old veggies not very happy but will try again n see if it go
workers are mostly nice, food is alright, but my main problem is the workers most of the time don't get your order right. It is one of my favorite places to go for a frosty or a burger, also amazing fries. 10/10 fries.
