Getting my order taken was perfectly fine. However, when I pulled to the second window. They made me pull up and wait and wait and wait after they served multiple vehicles behind me. And several customers coming into the store. And leaving. I did not get my $10 worth of burgers. However, I don't want them now either. I want my money and I want Bram's corporation to fix the damage store they have.
I love the food, I do some shopping there, as well, but last time we got food, it was cold they forgot our shakes we had to come back from the house for them, and they ignored us it took forever to order!

We were visiting Coffeyville, and decided to stop in and try Braum's. OMG, this place is amazing! The employees were so friendly, and the ice cream was some of the best I ever had. I couldn't get over how affordable the prices are here. I am definitely looking forward to trying their burgers. We will be stopping by every day until we leave to go back home.
