Horrible place, dirty, food was at least 5 hours old. Cold and hard as a rock. Order was wrong. Threw it away, afraid to eat it , get sick. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

First off, the atmosphere was disgusting. It was so dirty in there and the girl that took our order had a huge hickey on her neck. While we waited forever for our food, that was also disgusting we got our drinks & to our surprise (not really) BIG GLOB OF BLACK MOLD CAME OUT OF THE FOUNTAIN NOZZLE INTO THE MT DEW. It feels like the back rooms in there and it is a scary atmosphere. Negative 10 million. These people on here saying they had great food and service more than likely work there.

Can't put a zero otherwise I would but me and my grandma were heading to KFC for dinner and we pull up and go through the drive through and a voice came through it and had ask if we wanted to the special and my grandma said and so she started her order and no answer, so she says hello like 5 times and no answer so we pull forward and there's no one there, we park the car and try to go inside to see whats going on and the lights were on but no answer so we left and just went to Wendy's and the worker for Wendy's told us that they are being shutdown and on a watch list with the FBI and The City Police bc they were handing out something they shouldn't have been though the drive through window
I'm not a big complainer however we waited an hour and 30 minutes for our food they can't forgetting about us there was water all over the floor an old lady and her '80s almost slipped. By the time I got our food it was cold this place can definitely use some work.

Placed a online order for a 8:15pm pick up time came to pick it up just to be told they're not dropping anymore chicken outside of what's needed to complete the order in front of mine. The manger Amber was very rude to my disabled mother the cook Jeff came out and made it right.

My wife and mother in law waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes for our food, the service was extremely slow, they missed part of our order of sides, they observed several employees going outside smoking from a green pipe that someone was supplying to them while they were waiting for the food. There weren't many people inside the store, but the drive thru was clearly getting their food instantly while they waited inside. They observed someone else who was there before them that hadn't even received their food yet. You would think at 430-5pm on a holiday weekend they would have plenty of chicken to serve. They gave us a free chocolate cake for waiting that tasted like styrofoam and was sitting out, not being chilled. Will definitely not be coming back to this store since the service was awful and the food lacking taste.
