DO NOT EVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION! I got food poisoning after eating here and am still having intestinal issues, to put it delicately. I doubt they ever changed the oil after being closed for the 2-3 months. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Completely gone downhill

I am from Wichita and I was in coffeyville for work. Decided to go to the drive-thru. I ordered a number one with a leg and a breast, an extra side in the large drink. I ended up with a medium drink, The food was very dry and tasted old. I had to pull forward and wait for the food to come out and I never received a receipt

Please school or refresh staff on cooking instructions. Chicken was not cooked completely, biscuits still raw, not fully cooked, sweet corn was awful, maybe reheated 8 times over, Root berr was flat! This is the worst KFC on planet Earth ? I literally threw the entire $20 meal in the trash and went to Pete's.

The best meal I've had there in a very long time. All of the staff greeted me when I arrived. Waited on me promptly. And got me on my way very quickly. It was still warm when I got home 40 miles away, unheard of. I hear that they are under new management. Much improved already. Thank you

They need to learn that there are people who don’t live in coffeyville drive at least 20 min to get to them!! There is online ordering for a reason. If you are not going to make their order when it is ordered instead of making people wait another 20 minutes because you served others is ridiculous.
Only drive thru is available. DO NOT BELIEVE ONLINE MENU! 8 piece meal listed at $20.99 turned out to be $32.00 and didn't get what was ordered which was dark meat only. Mashed potatoes and gravy tasted like it was sitting for a while. Biscuit was hard. Go somewhere else to get a better meal and value with people that cares.

I ordered a 3 piece of chicken via drive through, and opened it at home,which was only 5 minutes away. The chicken was warm (not hot)and it was dried out. One leg was just a few bites at the end. The 2nd leg was a little better. The breast was OK, just not hot.This was the KFC in Coffeyville ks.
