Our pizza this time SADLY, was not great, greasy bottom crust and the sausage on the pizza tasted old and off. What a disappointment.

Ordered food from here since I didn't have the motivation to cook today, and now I regret spending money here. When I order a pizza, a melt, a brownie, and some dipping sauce, and I don't get the brownie or the sauce, that's not okay. Especially since I was still getting charged for it. I don't know if the kitchen forgot to give me a third of my order, or if the driver decided to not give me my food, but either way I was angry. I hate calling places to complain about my order like I'm some millennial Karen here, but if I order something from a restaurant, being a fast food place isn't an excuse for not giving me what I wanted. It's my day off. My one day off in the week. I wanted to treat myself, not get so angry that my night is potentially ruined now. Oh, and if the Pizza Hut corporate overlords end up reading this, train your staff to get their heads in the game. This was unacceptable. No one wants a credit for their next order, they just want to get their order right the first time.

This Pizza Hut is good as usual. The food is very good. Probably the best taco pizza I ever had. This was the Pizza Hut I frequented the most since it was the closest to my hometown. I have good memories from this Pizza Hut. This Pizza Hut is similar to the one in Iola, KS.

Waited 30 plus minutes when I went through the drive through. I was told to pull over and park. I did. I watched 3 drivers leave, return, leave. I ended up calling their phone and asking how much longer. Then they came out with half the order. They really need to get their act together. I'm going to quit giving tips, 20%, until AFTER service.

They have messed up my order the last several times I have ordered. They forget things that I order and have to go back to get them. Today they forgot twice. Not pleased at all. They have went down hill so bad.
Service horrible. Group of 7 people, order was wrong everyone had food except 2 people 30 min later after everyone else was finished she brought the rest of the food in take out boxes. Had to get our own refills. If you don't want dine in you need to lock the lobby doors. Waitress was to busy with friends at another table. Five other employees standing around talking. Customers were not the employees concern. 4/13/2024
