I called the Coffeyville Pizza Hut 4 times & was hung up on. I was trying to place an order, & while I was on hold & talking to my girlfriends, they answered & overheard my conversation so that was the initial hang up. They answered a 2nd time & “heard too much background noise” & hung up again. The third time I actually got to speak to someone & after I gave my phone number, the employee asked for my phone number, after I gave it, he repeated it back to which I replied yes, that’s what I said. He immediately hung up on me AGAIN. I called…again, this time a female employee answered. I told her I was hung up on 3x times, she apologized. She explained that there was so much background noise that they assumed it was a prank call. Then as I continued to talk & attempt to put in a delivery order she says, you don’t need to yell. Still trying to get some pizza delivered, I reply I’m just making sure you can hear me. At this point I say, you know what y’all are probably gonna spit on my pizza at this point so I’ll just order from Casey’s. I’m now a VERY hungry & frustrated customer who received horrible service & now has to pay extra for delivery. 0 stars!!!! I have a picture of the phone call log but tho it shows in the bottom left corner of this dialogue box an option to add pics, it won’t let me do that either. Figures.

The pizza test was amazing. And the staff is very friendly to use. They provide very nice service. I will recommend them to my friends in the future.

Terrible experience. They don’t greet anyone at the counter. I eventually went and sat down and I’m still waiting here for someone to say anything to me.
