Granddaughter, and I went yesterday while passing through coffeeville. We ordered two chai lattes.They were 100 percent concentrate. I don't think they added milk. Undrinkable!! I brought mine home and add quarter latte to 3/4 milk. It was pretty good. So I guess it was a win cause I got 4 lattes for one. It would have been nice to enjoy it on the way home. But whatever it wasn't, a total waste.

To add detail, the first iced coffee was made with hot water, so all the ice was melted and the drink was warm when handed to us. The remake was properly made, but the coffee was still pretty bad, very very weak, even compared to Korea, where coffee is notoriously weak. The atmosphere is hard to give a good review, as it's just a small building with a drive through. The employees were nice, though.

My wife and mother-in-law went in there before 10am to get a sugar free coffee and a Frozen coffee My mother-in-laws frozen coffee was a ice coffee and my wife's coffee was not sugar free it made her sugar go up over 100 points they told me the guy was very rude to them
