Honestly, I hate giving bad reviews. I typically only review if the service and place was excellent. I've avoided reviewing this place but today was awful. Both managers we've come across are incredibly rude not only to customers but their own employees. We love wendys and have been quite often and always get the same thing. Not once has our order been correct and we order very simple sandwiches. Half the time stuff is either missing or they purposely make your meal a mess if they're irritated at you. It's like pulling teeth to get them to give you damn dipping sauces too. It's not a huge deal but consistently are rude when you have to ask multiple times because they just don't listen. They sat for 2-3 minutes and argued about my sandwich out loud while waiting for my meal, because I asked for a different cheese. The fries are barely ever fresh just to add to the list. There is one worker that is often at the window and he is incredibly nice. He does his best but is surrounded by rude idiots in my opinion. It doesn't take long for coffevyille to ruin a place though I don't know why I expected different. The manager was frustrated one day due to orders being wrong (it was not the individual at the windows fault, it was those putting the orders together) yet in front of customers, yelled and told him he was wasting her time and she just couldn't deal with him right now and proceeded to move him away from the window and finish the order he was trying to take. I hate this place. But half the time love the food.

Had an emergency to tend to and didn’t get to my food as quick as I’d have liked.
With that said, the food that was meant to be served “fresh” shouldn’t visibly have sprinkled cheese on top still after 5-10 mins any WARM plate should have easily melted that cheese.
I can microwave some fries right now and that shredded cheese wouldn’t be able to be picked from the entre.
To say the food is fresh is crazy.
I know it’s fast food, but it doesn’t need to be heated for less time because of that.

My husband and I both got regular nuggets. We order this a lot at places and expect to be pulled up. We got our nuggets and they were great until we got to the bottom, my husband had 4 spicy and I had 3 spicy. It seemed like they deliberately hid them.

Had to reassemble my burger. Employees were rude, they did not have straws or cheese. Will not come back without drastic changes

This Wendy’s would be BETTER if they changed the General Manager that they have, who I’m assuming does the order for the things since they’re always OUT OF something! I feel bad for the staff they’re always running around and short staff, in result of that us the customers have to wait longer, it’s not fair for us and them! WENDY’S DO SOMETHING BEFORE YOU RUN OUT OF BUSINESS.

Went to Wendy's tonight this is what we got burnt bacon, and dry ass potato and the spicy chicken sandwich had so much mayonnaise on it. So have to go back to have it fixed. What a disappointment this Wendy's is. It was good when it first started but management has ran off good workers so the ones they have don't care.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s ever! Never in my lifetime have I ever had to park to get food.. All customers were asked to pull around and wait. Restaurant didn’t seem busy at all either. I ordered a #5 with a small burger. So many people are being asked to park the spaces are almost full with people waiting for their order. Over a 10 minute wait in the parking lot. Definitely won’t be a normal stop in my travels.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is for the woman working the drive-thru window. She was the only positive in my recent experience.
Traveling through after a long day of being in the car. This was my first meal of the day, even as late in the day as it was. They were out of potatoes.
When we pulled up in the parking lot an employee was bringing food out to a customer sitting there. We asked him if the lobby was closed and was told it was, so we inquired about if the drive-thru was still open and the response was "unfortunately".
The individual who attempted to give our food to us was asked if the burgers were bagged separately. Two of us have an Alpha-Gal allergy and the other had asked that they be bagged separately to prevent cross contamination. That person had an attitude about the request and the lady working the drive-thru happily assisted.
We went through the drive-thru and pulled into the parking lot to eat our food on the hood of the car. Immediately an employee walked around watching us. Within a few minutes another employee came up to inform us that their District Manager wanted to let us know that we couldn't be hanging out in the parking lot.
We're all over 45 years old... I replied, "We were just eating our food." He said, "Well, you can eat, but you can't hang out afterwards." To which I replied, "We're too old for that."
Then we get an explanation about some others who hung out in the parking lot. In my opinion, those people needed the interruption, not us who were taking a short break to stretch our legs from a long trip and chose to eat in a parking lot of the restaurant that we just purchased our food from.
I won't be back at this location. The experience was not necessary. Apparently the males working don't realize that their paychecks come from the money made from the customers. Had the woman working the drive-thru window not have been present, this would be a 1 star review.
Dietary restrictions: Chili is gluten-free. Now that I have Alpha-Gal, I wish they had a vegan or chicken option in the chili.

The food was great, and I did go inside to eat. The store was clean, and everyone was doing something and not standing around. ??

The red haired girl is very rude along with the tweeker looking manager that was on duty at the time. Had been in the building 2 seconds before she VERY rudely asked what we wanted without giving us time to look at the menu. Then when I told her to give us a minute she walked away and made someone else come help us. If you don’t like working in fast food then get a different job. It’s not my fault you make $7.25 an hour. Do better. I was not rude or anything so i did not deserve to be treated so poorly. I will be contacting the franchise owner as this store has a reputation for being nasty and rude to customers. The tables were dirty. The floors were greasy. Will not be returning.
