Avoid during the holiday. They were out of almost all drinks and fries tasted like they had been sitting for hours. Not sure what the problem was. No ice was in the drinks. Would love a refund or coupon to make up for this disappointing experience.

I asked for a #1 without red ranch, it had red ranch on it when I opened it. Also I ordered a water but it didn’t have ice and it was warm.
Parking: It is right in front of the building, there are 4-5 columns of parking spots. The disability spots are right up by the door too.

Nasty! Save your money and time. This place is nasty! Ordered chicken strips....all of them where old and burnt. Couldn't eat any of it!! Happy 4th driving, and trying to find decent food.. we will never give any Arby's a try again.. this was the end.

The hamburger and shake were very good. The service was terrible. One female employee was extremely rude and another one spoke no English. A very nice gentleman finally came out and solved the problem. He was so nice and knew customer service etiquette.

Chris the manager is absolutely rude as can be. They completely messed up my food and failed to put a chicken patty on my chicken sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous
