Ordered a pizza on the app, told me 30 mins before it would be done. I go to the store 15 mins early to see this guy cutting up a pizza that's completely white and the cheese isn't even completely melted and of course it was mine. Hey manager, do none of you guys know how to cook? Just throw it on the chain and that's good? My dinner just got ruined by your employees who obviously don't know how to cook. This isn't the first time, i always show up early to tell them to cook it an extra minute but when it comes out 20 mins early it's hard to do that. And i always get an attitude from them when i tell them to cook it longer. The pizza is pretty good when cooked but not when you can see each individual strand of cheese when it comes out the oven. SMH

I was happy when caseys built the new location but now I avoid it at all costs. Within the last month, I've had to wait at the counter for 5 minutes while employees in the kitchen peaked around the corner at me avoiding having to check me out. Finally a crack head older man who smells like he's just smoked a carton of cigarettes comes from the back and has to apologize for making me wait. Then he proceeds to tell me how he was "showing the girls" how this device purifies the air from smoke. In addition to Mr. Crack head the card readers rarely work at the pump and the card readers only work with tap inside. For a new store you would think they would atleast have damn card readers that work. Bathrooms are filthy with urine all over the floor in the women's. I cant imagine how discusting the mens room is. I now avoid going to this Caseys at all cost. Not worth the hassle of having to move my truck 3 times just to get fuel. Ridiculous

This store was nice when it opened. But ultra slow check out times in the morning and general cleanliness are concerning. This store is quickly turning into Loves.

Fuel was few cents cheaper(update:low quality fuel). If that is why the place is so poorly run they should charge more for gas.Stopped to top off and empty my tank, bathrooms look like they are never cleaned. Go to another station if you need to do more than fuel up even then I'd not have given them any money given the state of the shop if I'd gone in first. One stall was full of excellent and it wasn't just in the bowl the other from what it looked like had stains and some blood on it.Update: for the oddest reason I got the worse fuel mileage to date from the fuel I got here 11.8 mpg manually calculated. Normally average 14-16mpg. Maybe it's just coincidence but I'd again stay clear.

I had ordered a carry out order at 5:00pm and came in at 6:00pm, employees were throwing things at eachother and jumping over the cash registers and causing a terrible experience. The kitchen employee seen me, threw a box and said “what?” With a very annoyed and negative attitude. I told her I had a to go order, “she said, you are 45 minutes early” I said “early? I ordered it an hour ago and there is nothing in the oven” the employees there are very rude and a poor work ethic. Worse Casey’s experience I’ve ever experienced.

Absolutely the most disgusting casey’s we have ever been to. We were driving through and picked this place as our restroom and gas stop. Toilets were covered and CAKED in urine and looked like they haven’t been cleaned since they opened, sink was caked in grime, floors were absolutely filthy in the actual gas station and the bathroom as well. We didn’t even look at any food they provided due to how dirty the place was. I saw a review for the bathrooms a month ago listed on here and it doesn’t seem like the location even took the concerns or conditions into consideration.

Hey! Fill your squeezie tanks.Got off early for gas. 1/2 tank of gas, but needed to clean my wind shields. Nice woman inside shared…we must mix the concentration. I said “I’ll do it!”I need the cleaning badly……..then, watched the other employee casually walk by.I am sorry I filled my tank here $ and got off 70.September 30th at 12:40pm

Literally the nastiest Casey's I've ever been to! The restroom was disgusting! It reaked of urine when I walked in and the urinals were literally CAKED in urine stains. The toilets have literally not been cleaned in months! Additionally the sinks were covered in grime and even the papertowel dispenser was grimed up. To top it all off there was hardly any breakfast items prepared (not that I would have eaten it after seeing the restroom). If I was this stores owner I would be completely embarrassed. I drove the the 24/7 just back up the road for food and fuel.

Extremely rude employees. Cappuccino machine wasn't working and was on a rinse cycle so had a cup full of dirty water. I poured it out and was rudely told it wasn't a drain. Wasn't the customers fault they didn't have machine properly set up. This was my first and last time in this store.

Really B A D gas here. I had just bought a new car, and this was the second tank put in. Within 50 miles it was stalling. Had to have fuel drained. Shop said water was in fuel.
