The Chinese buffet in Colby is pretty darn good. I always enjoyed their egg rolls and their buffet at fairly decent. What's wrong with you people? Went based on reviews and it was nasty!! Mostly cheap chicken and its a weekend. General in half a pan of soup aka sauce. Some boxed fried shrimp and soggy mushy egg rolls. Way too expensive given quality and selection. Honey chicken was flavorless like water and sugar. Smallest buffet ever. Lo Mein was more like a bland orange fettuccine noodle. The cook was throwing new food on top of old food not rotating it properly. Floor was dirty and sitting area uninviting. Every breaded item was mush. Couldn't choke down half and chucked it.

The food was good. Good variety. The place itself is very clean. Everything is clean and it seems like they care a lot about sanitation which I appreciate. Good variety of protein, carbs and even dessert.
