Modest small town restaurant was pleasant! We got the breakfast burrito and chile relleno burrito and coffee. Both were yummy, not huge but the potatoes were tasty. Not a ton of vegetarian options but they were accommodating. Coffee was decent! The lady working there was really kind.

Stumbled on this little gem totally by chance. We had shrimp soup, beef enchiladas, and the perfunctory rice, beans, and salad. The food was delicious. Shrimp soup had a tasty broth, chunks of celery, carrots, and onion, with several large shrimp. Shredded beef in the enchiladas was moist and tender, the red sauce was tangy and a touch spicy. The corn tortillas, if not scratch made sure tasted like it. Dense and chewy, they stood up to the juicy beef and sauce without falling apart. Rice, beans, and salad were very good.

The food was really delicious!!! We were just passing thru on our way to Colorado and wanted to find a local place. We felt lucky to find Como en Casa in the middle of Kansas! Very good food and very clean place!

Arrived 15 min before closing on tues 9-9-25 there were NO PRICES LISTED ANYWHERE! We ordered the tostadas (3 on the plate) and the enchiladas (4 on the plate) and 1 water and 1 coca cola….thats it and the total came to $35 !!!! The food was OK but the price was extremely expensive for a “food truck” Ive eaten at high end actual mexican restaurants that were not this expensive…..ask for the price before ordering

They were excellent. Served breakfast on Monday after 10 am. The staff were incredibly nice. They had huge gender neutral bathroom. The food was reasonably priced and generous.
