I pretty much always stop at this JJ's on my travels, always a good idea in my opinion if you like this chain! Also shout out to Mario for his excellent pitch of the desserts and friendly service to all :D

Terrible service. The store manager is rude and not helpful when I told him a complaint I had. He looks like a child. I’m not sure who put him in charge of this Jimmy John’s but I strongly believe it isn’t a good fit. He cannot deal with valid complaints (his cashier over charged us and the sandwich was super sloppy and falling apart and all staff was completely rude except the sandwich maker). I won’t be stopping here again even though I usually eat here a few times a week. You lost a loyal customer.
Sandwiches were way over priced especially when compared to other jummy johns.

Roast Beef and cheddar was amazing ! August 29, 2025 2:17 PM Mia, took our order.So polite and patient. She is incredible and incredibly pretty (* said the older gal ). She has the perfect model look. Have never had bad food here, always stop as we drive to SW Colorado ¥

Haven't had Jimmy John's in years! Really glad the guys working tonight made a good impression with everything. Food was great and came out quick, the place was very clean. I love all the signs everywhere! Don't forget to check out the bathroom.

While waiting on a couple sandwiches, there was 3 other people returning their sandwiches because it was not right, Guess what our order was wrong also, took it up and they remade the sandwich we left and opened it up in the car and it was still wrong!! Ended up throwing it away do to to allergies to certain foods. Come on people a sandwich isn't that hard to make, and leaving an ingredient off should be a bonus for the store.

We are not from the area. We are road tripping to Colorado. We where looking for something different for lunch. We had the Ceasar wrap it was ok, Ariel whom took our order just stood at the register like a zombie no greeting, no suggestions. Got my name wrong it's Matt not Ben. Definitely needs more seating.
