We are thankful to have it in town but recently the service and quality have been terrible. I usually place my orders on the app and have them delivered since I am unable to pick up. Last time they delivered an hour and a half after placing the order. I had to call and ask if they forgotten my order but they replied rudely and got told that the delivery girl got lost- in Colby? Then yesterday they just didn't deliver my order at all. I get a call an hour later that they don't have anyone to deliver and cancelled my order.

VERY basic sandwich for your money. Didn't get a sandwich for myself. I was ordering the Tom Turkey when I was asked if I wanted provolone cheese. I looked at the menu and asked for cheddar cheese instead and bacon. I was informed that cheese was only available on the roast beef sandwich. When I asked why it was listed on the menu under add-ons for $1.19 then, they said corporate must've done that and they had no way to ring on the register. The young man on the register didn't even know it was on the menu. So I decided against having a sandwich.

How is the do you lock the doors a hour early? as customers show up then shrug your shoulders like oh well. It’s one thing to close early but to have a go to hell attitude. Good thing I’m just passing through.

Jimmy John's is somewhere I eat at often. I stopped at the one in Colby on a tripO took, and it is one of the top notch stores. Food was fast, restaurant was clean, and my sandwich was fantastic. Friendly people working there too.
Skip the overpriced Oasis food and get a great sandwich from the North side of I-70.

Location is nice. There were 4 workers today. One of the workers was handling the dough without gloves. He then went to the bathroom for a very long time and came out to handle the dough again. We totally lost our appetites and we threw our sandwiches away.

Way overpriced. There are no available tables to sit at while a couple of different employees on break take up 6 person tables during lunch to play with phones. Great sandwich, but I am not motivated to go back any time soon.

Food is pretty good. They added tomatoes it didn't say was supposed to be on it. But wife loves tomatoes so it was fine. Had a spicy Italian and it was good. Service was excellent and fast.
