Come on McDonalds in Colby KS. You are right off of I-70. People are trying to get a quick bite and get back on the road. 30 minutes in a drive thru is absurd. This is our second time trying to get food here, and ended up leaving. Be better McDonalds.

Staff was rude and didn’t care that we waited almost 30 minutes for our food (mind you was a chicken sandwich) and then after waiting all that time they didn’t even give us all our food. After waiting and going in asking where our food was she said they are making it. Then I was ignored by the staff when asked how much longer it would be she just walked away.

The dining room was closed, so I had to pick up my order in the drive-thru. The parking lot and drive-thru lane are in good repair. The person working the intercom was pleasant, if rushed. When I went to the window, my order was ready, my custom sandwich was perfect, and my coffee was no worse than it usually is. Overall, it was a good experience. I recommend this restaurant as a good quick stop for food on the go.
