Ordered a bowl with veggies and she scooped maybe 4 slices of pepper and 2 slices of onion into my bowl? Why am I paying $14 for that? I’ve had better from this location, not sure what happened.

The food was really good. The seats were a little uncomfortable and somewhere even broken, but the worst part was the service. They seemed very unhappy when we approached them. We ordered one quesadilla and an order of chips and salsa. My wife decided she wanted a different salsa after we got it to the table and they charged her for a second chip and salsa. We understood since they couldn’t take the first one back but when we decided to leave, I went up and asked if I could have a bag to put our remaining food in, and I was told they would have to charge me for a plastic bag even though we had already spent over $22.

It's almost like we're in California and how the hell does that happen in kansas. If I don't eat in-house I won't be buying Togo orders anymore., because I'm not paying 22 cents for a bag.So you just lost business over 22 cents.
