Went in at around 11:30 for breakfast burritos. Got a super sonic and 2 sausage burritos. These were very tiny. More tortilla than anything. The first time I went there a few weeks back, this wasn't the case.

Stopped for a quick bite and the service was quick and our carhop Luke was very friendly. Only gripe is that we only got one fry with our order when we should have gotten 3, not the end of the world but a tad inconvenient.

I always love Sonic! This location always tries their best to get things out on time, in spite of often being short staffed. They are definitely better than any of the other nearby town locations.

Service is always good, and so is food. Just be careful with drinks they are another story. You order a cherry limeade, and you don't get the cherries or the lime. Order extra cherries you get, maybe one. Although they are made correctly. Just not all ingredients to make the "drink"

My wife and I decided to get ice cream while traveling through Colby Kansas. We stopped at the Sonic on Highway 25. I ordered 2 small Blasts. Both of them were 98% soft serve ice cream. We were absolutely disappointed. We live in Derby KS and the Sonic there delivers about a 50% mix. Maybe the manager at the Colby Sonic is saving up for a boat or something. We won't stop here again.

I just just stopped at the Sonic in kolby. Kansas cars backed up on three sides of the building. Trying to use the drive-thru I wanted to go inside. Use the restroom. Buy my purchase. No signs on the door. Everything's locked up. I walked past two employees sitting on the side of the building smoking cigarettes looking at their phone while the traffic is backed up on three sides of the building. We can't run the law because we don't enough people, but they don't care about the people in the Drive-Thru either. I won't be back to this location ever and I come through quite often and look forward to going. There no longer will that happen. Terrible customer service. I guess the customer doesn't matter that's getting to widely recognized all over but Sonic terrible customer service today. You lost the customer on all fronts. You could have put a note on the door. Simple. You could have said something as I walked past you simple but apparently too difficult
