Starbucks located in the Petro Travel Center. They were extremely busy on a Saturday morning, and the wait was a bit long, but it was fun watching the staff work! They stayed friendly, upbeat, and worked fast to get everyone helped as quickly as possible.

I’ve worked food service for years so I understand having a bad day, what I don’t understand is treating the customers like crap and not even giving them a fake it till you make it smile. If this was the first time I would say whatever, maybe it’s just a bad day. But it’s every single time I see this one employee working, she never smiles at any customers and is always the one who is arguing/belittling customers. Her working there is going to become a reason I don’t go to Starbucks at all anymore. Quite honestly, ruins my day and puts a bad taste in my mouth.

The coffee shop vibes make it a perfect study spot.
Very nice workers very clean environment... but they were so slammed I didn't even get my coffee. waited upwards to 30 minutes and they were still trying to get mobile orders out ahead us plus a ton people inside. they only had 3 people on staff so they were incredibly incredibly backed up. waited for 30 minutes, finally gave up and had to leave empty handed and spent $8 on the coffee I never got. Bummer.

Love Starbucks in general, hate that rather than fixing their screw up, they want to argue, talk to you like you’re a gd moron, then finally “fix it” once my food got cold… oh, and I offered to pay for the correct drink and size before any of this started but wouldn’t do that either.
Same thing happened last week but with a different drink except when they “fixed” it, they still didn’t get it right 🙄
I was offered two grande cups when my order was originally made instead of the venti that I ordered (which was read back to me as the exact same way I had ordered it but some how it was nothing of the sort) anyway, it was as if I have an infinite number of cup holders and can suck it down fast enough before it melts. That was the first time I asked to fix it, that one argued with me until I finally asked if I could just get refund and have the correct order placed… that’s when the real fun started. Waited in line, food got cold, explained what needed to be done, before the original cashier could swoop in and treat me like crap and then argue with me after I repeatedly asked if they could just fix my drink. It wasn’t until she started to make a scene and talking to me so loudly, the people at the back of the store could hear her. It was at this point she talked to me like I was stupid about How the one of three drinks I always order is no longer an item on the menu and has to be rung up differently. None of this would have happened if the women taking the orders explained this at the very beginning rather than repeating what I had always ordered. Instead, they just let a snowball effect of horrible service happen. Typically, I just brush it off and leave it at that but today really just pushed me to a point of becoming upset after I was insulted and treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. On, I even pulled this drink up in the app to show them exactly what I was expecting and still, just would not accept they were in the wrong.
My order is not that complicated. I was polite until the third employee decided to be the one to talk down to me with her holier than thou attitude. Having polite words doesn’t mean a thing when your tone is talking to someone like they’re 3 years old, seriously, I’ve seen parents - even myself - talk to a toddler better than how she talked to me… it’s even more frustrating when I’m asking, not telling, them to fix it AND offering to pay for the correct size!!
I stop here twice a week, every week for the last 4 years. This is the second time in a week this has happened. I’m just done with it until they can fix their employees crap attitude and work ethic. I’m sure that won’t happen though and management will probably come in to respond to my review and do the exact same thing since that’s probably how they trained their employees to act as well.

Probably one of the best Starbucks visits I've had. Cashier was so kind and made the visit 1000% better, smiles all around and all of the workers were just extremely nice people. Most I've wanted to interact with people for a while. Food was also amazing; the Mocha Cookie Crumble is to DIE FOR. Music was jazzy and fit the rest of the atmosphere, with a nice cafe feel especially for a Starbucks in a random place in the middle of Kansas. Overall, phenomenal service and great food and feel to the place. Definitely would recommend.

Worse Starbucks ever ,she puts my coffe on the counter and walks away without a word ,so I asked her is this my order breve? She says no latte and waited 10 mins and guy comes and says this is your coffe ,I said I asked 10 mins ago she said it's latte and he says latte and breve is same ,anyways he made me a fresh one...well latte and breve is not the same coffee they dont know the differences, wasted 10 mins for notting ...

Just had to leave, due to the staff having some type of meeting to go to. There was no warning at all. I understand if you have to close early, but if the staff had known about this all day, they should have put up signs and not waited till two minutes before you close to let the patrons know what's going on. The staff was very polite and friendly. Just wanted to chill and get out my truck from driving all day. Just not expecting to be kicked out with our warning.
