Such a lovely Starbucks along the interstate while traveling between states. The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY and the vibe was great. I ordered a Venti Chestnut Praline. Unfortunately I did not finish it like I usually do. The taste was off from what I'm used to and I order this drink just about 3-4x a week when it's in season. Beautiful location.

I was there a day ago, at approximately 11am. I ordered a jade citrus mint tea, made with lemonade, and real honey. The cashier politely asked his shift lead where it was located. She rolled her eyes while walking past and said,” I don’t know.” Watching her attitude literally turned me off. I’d already been standing there awhile so I politely asked for a refund. The cashier apologized and asked her for a refund. The shift lead again, rolled her eyes, walked over to the POS, and began the refund. I paid with card, but she did the refund in cash. To this point, she hasn’t spoken with me, just lots of attitude and eye rolls. Once she pulled the cash out of the register, I put my hand out to receive it. She dropped it on the counter and walked off. She displayed horrible customer service, piss poor leadership skills, and over all didn’t represent the brand, her store, or her team well.

I'm not a Starbucks fan but this one is worth stopping especially for families. It has an awesome playground to burn off some energy so they will be calmer in your road trip.

It’s definitely the best rest stop Starbucks I’ve been to yet! Most of the employees know all the names of locals and are so incredibly kind.

Went for my bday drink and they couldn’t even do that Starbucks sux, I’m canceling my acct and never coming back!
Dirty store. Nasty attitude barista. Gave me the wrong order two times in a row. Told me to get back in the long line for them to fix it then gave me the wrong order again. Argued about not giving me the discount and 25 stars per personal cup (I brought in two personal cups). Barista made excuses with an attitude telling me how hard their jobs are. Took my phone from my hand and double-charged me for the wrong order and told me the best she could do was give me two dimes. Screwed up other customer's orders to the extent other customers had to help a disabled customer because the barista couldn't figure out the other lady's simple order. Delayed my cross-country trip by an hour+ and double-charged me making my order wrong. Attached, what I ordered and what they gave me instead.
