Came here on September 19 at about 7:20 PM. There are two gentlemen working here. They were great respectful, engaged the customers and conversation don’t fire him. Keep them they were awesome.

I would give negative stars if I could. My family walked in around 2:30 on Saturday July 26 and while trying to decide what to order the woman behind the counter told us they were tired and wanted to get off the line so we needed to hurry up and order. We walked out.

Kate did an amazing job with service and so did her coworker (i didnt catch her name). With ease and friendliness she made our orders. So patient and kind. And the food was the freshest subway I ever had. Totally not expected from a gas station pit stop. Kudos!

I recently visited Subway and had a frustrating experience that I feel compelled to share. During my visit, the staff seemed more focused on telling me how to make my sandwich rather than listening to my preferences. This was quite off-putting.

Additionally, I encountered an employee who was bald and exhibited a disrespectful demeanor throughout my interaction. His attitude was less than professional, which made the experience unpleasant.

I hope that management takes this feedback into consideration and addresses these issues. Customer service is essential, and I hope future visits improve.

I walked in at 7:30 and the guy with blue hair (no name tag) kept huffing and puffing about having to take my order. He even rolled his eyes a few times. I only had 2 sandwiches. He kept telling stories to his coworker using very foul language. I try to not complain about fast food service because I have worked at a subway for 3 years so I know the struggle. But there is a clear line between having a bad day and being disrespectful. This employee was flat out disrespectful. The younger kid with dark hair was very respectful, unlike his coworker.

I placed a delivery order through Uber Eats. I must have waited over a hour for my food before I decided to cancel. During that hour, I tried to call up to the store 4 times and each time no one answered and my call was disconnected. Do yourself a favor, if you need delivery, call the Jimmy John’s. They took my order and had it here in under 20 minutes and they answer their phone when you call and very kind staff.
I wouldn’t depend on this subway for a delivery, or to answer their phone, or to even contact a Uber Eats customer and tell them they can’t offer delivery at this time. No communication, no service, no food. 0/10.

Came here mid afternoon on a Saturday. It wasn’t crowded. Service was fast. Sandwiches were good. Employees were friendly.

Well, I'm not really sure how the food was, because the girl wouldn't take my order in the drive through. She said it was too cold....So we just went to McDonald's..... they had a long line and lots of business.

The worst subway I have ever been to. EVERY order I’ve made there has been wrong. I literally got a meatball sub with 3 meatballs on an entire footlong. This place has continued to get worse for years. It’s embarrassing to Colby.

We ordered in the drive thru the screen was hard to see and confusing. Pulled up the window to rather unfriendly staff. Who kinda threw our food and drinks out the window and said have a good day. We got back on the interstate to find our sandwiches were completely wrong. Not turkey double meat or ham and turkey. We got a turkey and ham with veggies we don’t care for and a chicken bacon ranch. Tried to call the store and got no answer. Have completed the survey and have received no feedback.If you eat here and use the drive thru I’d suggest checking your sandwiches before driving away. I thought maybe there was a disconnect between the kiosk and the store, but the sandwiches on our receipt were correct. We either got someone else’s sandwiches or we got sandwiches they made wrong for other people and they just figured they’d give them to us.
