Well, I'm not really sure how the food was, because the girl wouldn't take my order in the drive through. She said it was too cold....So we just went to McDonald's..... they had a long line and lots of business.

The worst subway I have ever been to. EVERY order I’ve made there has been wrong. I literally got a meatball sub with 3 meatballs on an entire footlong. This place has continued to get worse for years. It’s embarrassing to Colby.

We ordered in the drive thru the screen was hard to see and confusing. Pulled up the window to rather unfriendly staff. Who kinda threw our food and drinks out the window and said have a good day. We got back on the interstate to find our sandwiches were completely wrong. Not turkey double meat or ham and turkey. We got a turkey and ham with veggies we don’t care for and a chicken bacon ranch. Tried to call the store and got no answer. Have completed the survey and have received no feedback.If you eat here and use the drive thru I’d suggest checking your sandwiches before driving away. I thought maybe there was a disconnect between the kiosk and the store, but the sandwiches on our receipt were correct. We either got someone else’s sandwiches or we got sandwiches they made wrong for other people and they just figured they’d give them to us.

Low points:1. Got sandwiches confused. Gave me the one from the people behind me. Seems easy to keep it straight.2. Tipping pressure, on the credit card gadget. That's obnoxious.3. 2 of 3 staff had that "I hate you and hate my job" look on their faces. If you don't want to be there, then don't be there.4. The combination of 2&3 is extra obnoxious.

Had a horrible experience here last night!!!! The young female who waited on me was one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered at this, or any location. Hope she is gone soon or this place will be losing business!

I love subway and eat at subways across the US. Unfortunately, this hands down was the worst one I have ever been to. Staff was very flat/ no greeting, no eye contact, overall looked miserable to be there. Told them what I wanted after being stared at and not being asked what I wanted. Once my husband and I went to put on condiments… I wish I was exaggerating.. the guy put 2 pieces of each item on.. 2 small pieces of onion, 2 jalapeños, 2 tomatoes, and 4 pickles only because I asked for lots and lots of pickles… same for my husband. Super weird. Get to the car start eating- my bread was sooo hard and Chewy it scraped the roof of my mouth and after that I just ate the insides out. Husband said his bread was dry but not chewy. Overall, very disappointing experience. Someone needs to train these people better.

I was just driving by on our way to MO and we decided to stop and get some food here. I was in and out in less than 4 mins so we didn't lose too much time and surprisingly very busy for the location. Employees were quick and friendly

Hands down worst place to go eat at, bald tall with a goatee beard guy was being rude not just to my family but to people before us, when we got there my dad was ordering and that rude guy kept saying what! What! What! I had to scream at him what my dad was ordering and then my brother order and he asked what kind of cheese and my brother said the white one and this guy had the audacity to state * that’s American cheese learn your English * to the guy that works there and reads this find another job if making sandwiches is miserable for you! And treat people the way you would like to be treated ?✌️

Stopped here for lunch takeout on our recent road trip. It was very quiet at the time since probably it was off lunch window. The crew there was commendable for their service. Quick but attentive, with courteus attitude. Also, they prepared the sandwiches well.
