Traveling from northeast Kansas to Colorado Springs and came upon this establishment. We had 3 different burgers, a Reuben and steak fingers and the German fries were fantastic! All five of us were very satisfied with the food and service!

On our way through we picked a good one simple good food! I had a bacon cheese burger. Bacon was amazing, butcher bacon, the patty was cook just right. Pickles crispy and good. Fries are yummy and plenty. It is definitely a old building, but still clean. Yes it is low lights, this saves money and doesn't heat up the place. Our server was awesome, friendly, she got busy and hustled. Thank you for accepting our little dog Bentley!

Quiet, small crowd. But this is in a Wednesdays afternoon. Not sure how premium hours are.
The server was unwelcoming, she seemed irritated that we even sat down. She looked annoyed taking our drink orders as if we were an inconvenience. And I wouldn’t even say they were busy. Only two other groups in the restaurant not including us. Even when one of our people went to say their order they said “Umm..” and she immediately skipped him and looked over at another one of our people at the table ignoring the other. As if we were wasting her time. Atmosphere was sad and unwelcoming. We didn’t even order and left before because we didn’t want to stay in that place with our family any longer. So I didn’t add a review to the food.

Generally great service & food. Today new server with pathetic attitude. Bitchy, didn’t know menue. Smart assed comments referring to hamburger, fries, & drink order. Then got the fries order wrong anyway. Bad for business person. We eat at Twisters regularly but we won’t after today’s treatment.
