What a privilege to meet Sue and sample her from-scratch goodies on a trip through Coldwater. Her handmade croissants are flaky, buttery goodness, and her danishes are the bomb! I couldn't take a slice on the road, but her cheesecakes are gorgeous works of art. Can't wait to taste it! She's got so many goodies it's hard to choose. I've been around the world and LOVE cheesecake. This is the BEST- the VERY BEST German Chicolate Cheesecake I've ever had. The texture is so tricky when chocolate is added and this place nails it!!! This lady is a Goddess!!!
