Came in ordered the water pound cheese burgers they refused to make sure the parties were hot instead the manager to ight the 20th was rude and hateful and Sid she wasn't gonna serve me no more and refused to allow me to reorder my food

Some of the order spaces are out of order and a lot of them are mobile pick up only. We drove 15 minutes to get food and they didn't appear very busy. The poor young lady taking our order was completely frazzled and couldn't seem to get our order right. It was a very simple order and she just couldn't get it right. Ordered a number 4 combo with tator tots and didn't get the tots. When we pushed the button to let them know she acted like she didn't know what we were talking about. Everyone has a bad day but if you see an employee struggling take them off the speaker. This Sonic needs help to handle the customers in a more efficient manner. Fast isn't always good.

It's Sonic, food is okay, service depends on which kid is making your food, and the atmosphere is always the same. You kind of know what you're getting at a fast food joint like this. Overall, it's not bad. Their drinks are good, especially with the half-price deals.

It's sad to post this. But this is one of the Sonic locations I passed today and might have stopped to eat, as I do patronize this location sometimes. But with the TERRIBLE SERVICE at Sonic on East Sunshine in Springfield, Missouri, a couple of weeks ago, and the lack of response from Sonic corporate, despite the promises made to me, I have to avoid all Sonics, and advise the rest of you to eat elsewhere. They don't appreciate you.

Took forever to get my order this morning. When the screen said the order was on it's way took another three minutes to get it to me. Was a simple order yet saw food orders leaving that got there long after me. Ten minutes is too long. When I tried to say something to the carhop, he mumbled an apology and left while I was still speaking. This restaurant has a split-personality. Will go months with good food and service then become the mess today. Anyway, it's another boycott for me.

Onion rings burnt.ice cream machines are down most of the time as long with the slushy machine.but the most recent visit they were out of onion rings.piss poor inventory assessment.
