I would just like to call out the managers poor service. All the ladies that work here are amazing and have wonderful service. The manager Christina is rude. Quite frankly, I don’t appreciate the atmosphere she creates. She is childish and rude. I went to go get my sandwich and was met with unsatisfactory attitude. I will NEVER be going to this subway again.

Ordered online said that it was done for me to get there and then say it wasn't even started yet.... Then get home our sandwiches were supposed to be toasted and were not... Then both the Philly cheese steak sandwiches were nothing but bread maybe a few pieces of steak ? This is the second time they have done something like this!

In the past this location has had a lot of trouble maintaining the location, for the last month or so They have two New girls that are Keeping it really clean, neat, Anna was our lady who made our sandwiches, best i have had at any Subway, I just wanted to give you all a shout out, this girl is management material, shes good at her job, A raise is in store, or shell likely find better jobs, People notice good help!

Have been going here for as long as it has been here. Been a long while since they have had the tomato basil wrap. Does not seem to matter what time of day I go they do not have it. Wanted a sweet tea and the tea was empty. On my last visit. We are a small town with few options. And now it is even fewer for me. Sorry to say but will probably not go there again.

Henry tried his best but was carrying the load for a coworker who was too tired to work. Uncommunicative and yawning every 2 or 3 minutes. Not pleasant. I think the Subway clubs are overpriced and contain minimal meats. I think the bread is smaller as well and only two choices were available. Scraped the bottom of the guac container to get less than a full serving. This Subway should be avoided.

I ordered on Sunday 9/4/22. Thought I would give them another chance. As usuall a disappointment. Ask for my sandwiches to be toasted not done. My sandwich was a philly steak and the meat qas colder than the tomatoes them selves. I mean if you can't get people in there that can read a screen then why have a online order. Have said something in past ans it dows no good.Sincerely,Unhappy

I used the drive through wished I would have kept driving. I’m in town visiting my family and decided to give this place another try since you’ve got a good review. I’m not sure if your having issues due to the pandemic or if you’re having issues because you don’t know how to order a truck. I expect a few mistakes when I place an order because I have a family of 7. However, this was worse than a few mistakes. The drive through order kiosk is cracked so that doesn’t help matters. It took me 45 minutes to get it to take my order because it kept glitching. Then I went to the window and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the window so I could ask if they had the right amount of sandwiches in my order. When we figured out that was right she started telling me what they were out of. No steak for the steak sandwich no tomatoes for the toppings when 2 of my sandwiches had extra tomatoes and then they ran out of lettuce. Now let’s top this off with some chipotle dressing on all of them and all the sandwiches were wrong. None of them should have had chipotle dressing. They were supposed to have either mustard or mayonnaise and were very simple to make. I paid almost $70 for sandwiches and they ended up in the trash. If I wasn’t traveling I would have turned around and taken them back but since I am I just have to stop in Joplin or Springfield on my way home and get something else. This is sad and a waste of money to throw it away.
