This is a beautiful old house being changed room by room into a wonderful community gathering spot that has appeal to many ages. The teens and I played a game, while several other people were visiting in an adjoining room. Has such a nice homey feeling. Relax and enjoy a cup of Java! Or tea.
My boyfriend introduced me to this place and since then, every time I visit him in Concordia, it has become my favorite place to stop for coffee. Even more than that, I enjoy the warm and friendly atmosphere that Shad and Amber have created. The first day I met Shad, he shared with me about the mission (and testimonies) behind Coffeehouse and all the effort that goes into building the Teens for Christ ministry. Evidently, this is not the regular coffee house we're used to....
First time there.. And felt welcomed. He made my caramel macchiato perfect😍. Not too sweet.. Just right. Being diabetic that's not a good thing. Couldn't resist the turnover. Looked and smelled amazing. Will definitely come in again to try something else. ❤️
