Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The service was basically awful. The drive thru attendant does not listen to the message conveyed regarding the order from the customer. My order was simple. I presented 2 coupons that I recently received in the mail from DQ. It took them 15-20 minutes to finally get the final bill right. They did not put lids on my blizzard order and my stack burgers were cold by the time I got home. I will not return to the Concordia Dairy Queen.

Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to explain to my son what ingredients were in the smores blizzard. Food was prepared quickly and was hot and good.

Stopped in Concordia while traveling and used the restrooms at this Dairy Queen before ordering food. The restrooms were so filthy that we left immediately and did not order any food. There were flies buzzing and swarming everywhere, layers of filth on all the restroom surfaces, sticky floors…the list goes on. Absolutely disgusting.

Went there today with my daughter.....literally the most pathetic Dairy Queen experience in my 52 years. We ordered 2 Blizzards and took a seat, afterwards, 3 other people came in, some ordering burgers/fries, etc. All got served before us including what looked like the only adult working behind the counter's family (they came in after us, she gave them icecream and drinks, didn't see them pay either....) finally got our icecream about 20 plus minutes later, looked at my blizzard and asked the kid if there was any candy in it, they said there was.... see attached photo, there wasn't.... not to mention since we had a long wait for no reason, we watched and noticed no one washing there hands and one of the girls making icecream for the drive thru literally wiped her snotty nose twice with their hand and put that hand back on the cup, wow....never again.

So the ice cream was a melting mess. It tasted ok but the presentation was horrible leaving a mess all over our cup holders and anything it touched. That men’s restroom looked like a horror movie scene and honestly should land the place as condemned. Get it together that’s just gross.

Ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake - there were maybe 4 total pieces of cheesecake in the entire thing… seems like such a waste paying for extra and getting even less than the normal amount. Our son’s blizzard was totally wrong as well.

The workers have an attitude every time my family and I come here. Harlee and Tammy and the big lady are very disrespectful.They never get our orders correct. The place is absolutely filthy dont even know how they pass inspection. Will be turning them into the state.

I took my grandson to DQ for his first chocolate malt, we both immensely enjoyed it. It has been years since I've had one DQ is the only one left that has them the only thing is next time we will get a smaller one we were so stuffed from the large chocolate malts

Haley was absolutely rude to me and my friends when we were trying to eat some food we got so much attitude and she just seemed grumpy not wanting to be in the work place and took it out on us.

We really appreciate your team! Unfortunately when I turned my blizzard upside down one single drop of ice cream fell out! I am greatly disappointed with the quality of DQs blizzards!!! 😡😡😡

For 4.50 for a mini blizzard I shouldn't have to pay 40 cents for a cup of water.
