I just want to give a huge shout-out to Mi Ranchito. My family of 18 needed a place to gather for breakfast today . we were seated close together and drinks and orders were taken. other customers began coming in and soon the place was packed. yes, it may have a longer than usual wait, but not that long . the food was hot and each person received exactly what they ordered.

After spending the night in Clyde, we came over to Concordia for breakfast and we're not disappointed. Mom had a traditional American breakfast with eggs, crispy bacon and a pancake, and I enjoyed some chorizo with my eggs, hash browns and biscuit. Everything was delicious.
